Help is easy to find in any aisle. I'm short, so I often ask if they can get items down for the top shelf for me. The people in the meat or fish departments are super helpful and can give suggestions of what to buy based on what you're looking for. I can never walk away from the bakery empty handed, and the deli is fantastic . Everyone there is super nice.

Love my local Publix! Always clean and welcoming with great workers who are almost always smiling! The BOGOs are great and they don't care if you use coupons as well which helps even more! The Pharmacy is the greatest with experienced Pharmacists and techs who treat you respectfully. If your insurance is there I encourage you to switch to this Pharmacy.
Also, If your disabled or not, they will help with loading the groceries in your car. Yep, Publix for me!

Best Publix for serv8ce and support of its customers. Clerks are helpful not only to customers but to each other. They do not have to be told to assist you or team members it's AUTOMATIC. THROUGHOUT THE STORE. LUV LUV LUV THRM

Usually very very busy in the evening and hard to find parking also much pricier than other grocery stores. They do have a great selection of items tho kinda reminds me of Safeway in Colorado

I had the most pleasant experience once more at this Publix supermarket in Land O’ Lakes, FL 34637. And my story started, by entering the supermarket completing my shopping and arriving to the register were everyone is always greeted with a smile, on the same is true by the person bagging your produce.
Headed to my vehicle and putting my shopping away so that I can return home. I arrived home and started to gather my bags when I noticed that i did not have my backpack, which contained my driver's license, credit cards money and other personal items.
I rushed back to the store hoping to find my cart in the parking lot, but it was already gone.
Noticed a staff member outside and ask her if they have returned black backpack and she asked me to check at the service desk.
I headed towards and politely waited for the 2 customers Infront of me and once I reached i asked if any one have found black backpack. The customer service representative informed me that yes they had a black backpack and that their Manager had it.
The Manager arrived to the Customer Service desk with my backpack and returned it to me.
I check to see if my credentials and credit cards were still there and confirmed that the were in.
I asked the Manager to get the person that founded and he gave him a small scare. However when he got to the service desk i extended my hand in gratitude and handed him a small reward for he's honesty.
This supermarket chain does not only treat their customers with the highest regards but it does it also with their employees.
The best thing is that they have not felt threatened by their competitors since apparently they are there to serve the communities that they do business, till today i have not seen a single self service machine. And offer jobs to our young kids keeping them out of the streets.
Many thanks to all the Management for keeping this important service to all the communities, you are molding our kids to become a tax paying individuals that will benefit their communities, since machines do not pay only take from them.

As always I love their service, variety for the first time since I started shopping i Publix, I ordered the garden vegetable sup and the fried chicken as well as 2 of their best deserts they offer (lemon meringue pie & Napoleon) let me tell you the chicken was much better than the ones offered at any of the top 2 franchises. The soup was delicious and the same I could say for the lemon meringue pie which is the best in Florida & for the Napoleon it almost tasted as good as the ones I purchase when I was was a kid in South America
I like to continue supporting this franchise since it continue to offer the best customer service around and it support their employees having the fewer selfservice cashier's Wich means more jobs for their community

Place is always NEET!

But... they are a bit pricey also. I love how close they seem to be to everything, very accessible, clean, friendly... but their prices are higher than other groceries in the area.
