What's a memorable experience!! Pub subs for 10 please!!!! Our group stopped to get subs on the way to a concert. Great experience with the deli staff members. Then picnic in the parking lot like nomads do. Just looks different in a truck.

Kimberly at the deli was extremely attentive and courteous. They were very busy but she made sure to smile and greet each customer, giving each one her full attention ensuring a pleasant experience. The wait was worth the service.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Publix in Casselberry. When I politely asked the cashier to double bag my soda, they outright refused. I found this odd, so I asked to speak to a manager. Unfortunately, the manager who came over was extremely rude and condescending. She claimed it was “against company policy” to double bag or use “excessive bags” and told me that if I didn’t like it, I should purchase reusable bags.

I understand the importance of reducing waste, but the way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional. A simple request for better packaging shouldn’t be met with such disrespectful attitudes. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment. This experience has left a bad impression, and I’m seriously reconsidering shopping at this location again.

This location definitely does not make shopping a pleasure.

This stores deli department has absolutely the worst customer service.
Consistently have bad attitudes. They will let you stand there for 10 minutes before they ask you anything. Definitely needs some new management in this place.

We got some crab legs today as they were on sale $10.99 lb usually the seafood lady is kinda rude and I don’t particularly care for her attitude but today she was helpful and nice to my daughter who loves crab legs!! Thanks for making today a better experience!

Did online ordering from work got the 🐗 Boar's Head Italian whole sub man I must say it was on point from the fresh meat&cheese to the condiments plus it wasn't soaking in dressing as I asked for light dressing and it was perfect 👌 not suck which employee at the Deli made my sub yeah I don't call it a "Hoagie" I'm from New York we call it hero💪 so I'll allow sub lol but either way I definitely enjoyed it and saved the other half until I got home now nice 11 hr shift this was perfect thx publix for the great lunch and dinner today

Well I have to say this is the first Publix was not a pleasure. Went in,walked around shopping and not one person said good morning or my I help you. I guess Longwood is different. This may seem insignificant to others,but it means a lot. Nevertheless I went to another Publix😁

Had a horrible experience at Winn Dixie in Casselberry. Deli would not cut deli meat 20 minutes before closing because they were cleaning up early. Left my cart with manager at Winn Dixie. Came to this Publix right before closing and had best experience having Gary help at deli. Publix just has better employees across the board . Better managers ,better employees will always give customers better shopping experience. So I will continue to share my hard earned money with Publix because they value their customers enough to keep these quality employees who continue to make" Publix, where shopping is a pleasure " thanks Publix Management and Publix Employees. 10/05/24
