Publix Super Market at Eagles Park Retail Center - St. Petersburg, Florida

I was accused of bringing an item from another store into this one during check out. As absurd as this accusation was, the store workers refused to check the aisle where the item was located (in abundance, might I add) until they had scanned the item numerous times in the front end and back in customer service--all while these manager-level employees told me that I had "mistakenly brought the item into the store."

Needless to say, I was proved correct when I finally was able to show the manager where the item was located on their very shelves.

I wish this wasn't something I felt compelled to write about, but after several weeks and with no response from Publix customer service, I felt it was necessary. What an absolute failure to communicate with a customer on the part of this Publix location.

The only reason I would consider giving this store 4 stars is because of its smaller size. This has been my local store now for the last year. I always look for to Kelli and rest of the associates. I will say for being a smaller store they do have a good variety to choose from. I most look forward to the kombucha and olipops! I enjoy all grocery stores, though I'm grateful they are my neighborhood location.

This store looks old from the outside. However it is bright and clean. Plus the ice cream section is right next the bakery. Mu.new favorite store

There is one employee in the Deli an older women with glasses that will never wait on me. I complained once.. Then she did it again. I will be the only person at the deli. I will see lotsa people running around and when I start to tell her what I want... she tells me to wait and contues to check the times. I can't stand for too long due to a disability.. but that shouldn't even matter. I thought your customers were number one.
If I wanted to be treated like that, I will go to Walmart. I just left instead and didn't get any deli items. I also didn't like that they don't have sushi on Wednesday before 11 am. Next time, I'm getting a rain check.

Just had the unique displeasure of going through the line of cashier, Kelli .....
Coming from an earlier generation of 'showing respect for others'
The act of her snatching something from my hand, doesn't sit well with me. I will avoid her line in the future

It's a Publix so a lot to expect, and they do it well. Remi is me of the pu lix I grew up with in the 70's.

Thank you to Linda who was working at the front end at the register who went above and beyond to find a yogurt for me. I only found one in the case and when she found out I wanted a second one she left the front end and found one for me. And not only that but she had such a pleasant attitude. Thank you Linda at the Eagles Park Publix!
