The entire staff at the Inverrary Falls Publix are fantastic! The store is busy but always clean and well stocked. The Pharmacy is my local go-to. The associates in there are so caring and friendly.

The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. At the deli, the employee assisting me was unprofessional. When I requested ham, he opened a new package but didn’t ask how thick I wanted the slices. Instead, he arbitrarily cut it the same way he had sliced my cheese earlier. To make matters worse, he sliced the ham sideways rather than cutting it properly.

To add to the poor experience, the cashier was equally rude. She asked me three times, in an impatient tone, to enter my phone number on the screen without even looking at me, as she was busy chatting with her coworker. Each time, I explained that I had already entered my number, but she continued to insist. Only after finally glancing at her screen did she realize I had indeed done it. Instead of apologizing, she dismissively said, "OK," with an attitude.

With three Publix stores in my area, I will never return to this one.

Parking is terrible .people parking in the fire lanes and blo k a lane with backs up traffic. Spaces are hard to obtain as there is a limited number. There is only one way in and out of lot. The people using this store are rude, ill mannered, self entitled. They leave their carts blocking the few spaces that open up. Store employees do not retrieve the carts. Employees in the store have indifferent attitudes. I asked one where the bread was located and was told to read the signs above the lanes, and I would find bread. The store stock is hit and miss as restocking was lacking

A place for everything supermarket VISITING there from the North East New England state
But the crew who works there at Deli.cashier staff.My goodness they all have nasty attitudes.They speak derrugative in front customers. Have a don't care nonsicle mentality.Deli personel! Wow!! What rudeness of the sandwich makers.I stood there for 1 hour to get a sandwich.And they took forever and argued to make tge sandwiches for others.
So much aggression by workers with the staff .I swear when asking staff a question you was being scolded by someone you don't understand.For my money.Not begging.
Yeah.my next visit I will find another Publix.
But love Publix deli good and bargains.

The fried chicken is greasy, cheap oil, the pieces tiny. A lot of things have downsized but not the prices - they're as big and juicy as ever..

Kayla from bakery, stopped what she was doing and came over to help me in the floral department. She made my daughters Bay after someone in the dollar store across the street. Refused to fill helium in the balloons that were not purchased at the dollar store. As I explained, half of this Kayla said it doesn't matter. Give me the balloons. She stopped what she was doing.To fill up two birthday balloons for my daughter and her little sister! If that's not customer service, I don't know what is thank you, publics, and thank you, kayla from bakery!! There still is somethings out there called Courtesy and customer service it has not been lost forever

This is the Publix that I chose to go to because I believe in shopping in the city I live in. Today when I arrived there was a homeless man lying on the floor and was not moving. There was a cop, a few kids with their caregiver, and Brandon some kinda Publix manager. I decided to walk toward the cop and ask if the man on the ground was alive? Brandon immediately turned to me and ordered me to leave the area In somewhat of obnoxious manner. Up until that moment I understood Brandon’s demeanor. What I don’t understand is Brandon’s demeaning comment to my person. I could see how upset Brandon was so I offered that I was concerned about the man on the ground, he said “when he hits a little girl I can’t care” I said “no you don’t care because he’s homeless.” Mr. Brandon said to me “you don’t care about him you are just nosy.” Wow Brandon I hope you never have to deal with the tragedy of homelessness. But what really prompted me to write this review is that when I was checking out at the register there were two young cashiers/employees, and I asked them what was his name neither one of them new his name! One of them went and asked someone for his name and provided it to me. I told them that It Did Not Surprise Me That They Didn’t Know His Name. Poor kids tried to justify the fact that they didn’t know his name “oh he works in the back.” Mr. Brandon should introduce himself to the team instead of calling his customers “nosy.” Not good practice.

Publix in Inverrary is a lovely store. It is clean and neat. It is well stocked. The variety is a bit down. The employees are hard working, professional, serious minded, as well as helpful and friendly. Most stores are set up the same way, which makes it easy to find things. Their deli is awesome, only there is always a long wait for a sub. They need to hire more sandwich people for lunch and dinner hours.
