This is my least liked Publix. I only go to the Lantana location if I'm across from it. They have a very small bakery, and the items don't seem as fresh as my usually visited Publix stores. I also feel the staff are only half as friendly as the other stores. You never see a bagger helping anyone to their car.

Lately I’ve found items on the shelf that are expired or near expiration. Example: Mayo, some had expiration dates in 2024. This is March 2025.
I’ve also found packaged salads with future expiration dates that already have lettuce that has turned brown. The last time the checkout clerk brought it to my attention.

Edit 12/14/2024;
After witnessing, how rude some of the customers are standing in the deli line. 😑 This is not Subway. Take that attitude there. I come to this location often for big work office orders. They are very clean and organized when placing big orders online.
I don't have complaints. The store is upkept and clean. There are products on the shelves.

If you don't speak up, it won't change. I went in for a hot lunch. Saw the popcorn chicken in the warm case, with a time sticker of 12:30, it was then 12:45 so it was sitting there since 9:30am. Asked for a popcorn chicken meal, and she grabbed the expired ones from the warm case and dumped it into a styrofoam container, and asked what sides.
Multi-billion dollar company, and I got cold, old nuggets and piping hot sides. But it was convenient for her....no quality control here.

Pretty unique Publix as far as design and layout are concerned. It is very open inside with a large vaulted ceiling that lets in a lot of ambient light which is subtle, but gives the place a cool feel. The place is always clean and well stocked, and the service here is always on point 😊👍

I came to this location the day before Thanksgiving (because I just moved to the area), and the shelves were fully stocked especially the items that were on promotion (Bogo). The aisles were very organized and easy to shop. The staff was very friendly, one worker in particular, I wish I had gotten her name (she was unpacking in the frozen sausage area) , even stopped everything she was doing to take me to the item I was searching for, there is a lot of parking and very quick checkout service.. great prices

If I could give zero starts to the lady working in the pharmacy today 2/25 I would. She refused to help my stepdad get his medication and was super rude the entire time there. She cancelled his medicine!!! Who in their right mind cancels someone’s meds solely because she didn’t want to deal with him. I get being busy but being nasty to people is unacceptable.

Ok this is low star though I know Publix is a good company, it is absolutely going down hill as this store will demonstrate. Every single milk here is expired. The photos were taken 2 and 3 days after the expiration dates. and this is not the first time so I got real eager to leave a review. I was wondering why my grandpa complained of the taste of their brand previous weeks. There are also random items around the store you will find expired. I have been taught now to check the dates on everything when going to this store.

Another remark is about the deli... more than a few who no matter how friendly you are with them each week they purposefully take their time to get to you to remind you you are not important to them. You can be waiting second in line for 30 minutes to get an order. They are understaffed now which I do not understand being its a grocery store and it doesn't have seasons like a restaurant.
