This is by far the best Publix location, and grocery provider in the area from their personal to their famously fresh produce. I enjoy shopping here because they treat you like a good neighbor. If you are so fortunate as to meet Bethany, she will upgrade your experience with expert product knowledge and her politeness/customer engagement, is top-tier. 10/10. Shopping here is truly a pleasure. ✌🏾

Shout out to the cashier, Grover. He was courteous and professional, making sure to provide the best service. The only disappointment was the sample lady by the front entrance. She didn't greet us, gave us no eye contact, and no smile. Instead, she looked down on her phone, pretending not to see us. As soon as we were out of her sight, she looked back up. Sadly, this was not her 1st time, not the 2nd, but the 3rd time doing the same thing to me and my family. I hope management should train their staff better with customer service, especially since she was placed right by the front entrance.

We went into Publix to grab some delicious sub sandwiches. We were greeted by James in the deli who was super friendly and made sure our subs were just what we wanted! He did a fantastic job!

The public facility maintains high cleanliness, ensuring visitors have access to all necessary items. If any item is unavailable, the staff can readily assist by placing orders. Additionally, the cashier and service staff exhibit a friendly demeanor and professionalism.

I was at this location yesterday around 3pm. When I went to the bakery section there were 2 female workers, 1 just being the counter and one just in front of the counter (on the customer side). There were both close to and talking through the open "doorway" section, and they seemed busy, so I did not bother them. Neither one greeted me nor asked if I needed anything. After about 30 seconds to a minute, they both went far enough behind the counter that I couldn't see them anymore. I looked at the entire display, and still no greeting or offer for assistance.

As I was walking away, a lady walked up just like I did and began looking, and one of the workers popped up out of nowhere to greet her and ask if she needed anything. I was very offended because they obviously decided I was not worth assistance, but the other lady was. She also looked obviously different than me, but I had just gotten off work, so I did not look dirty or even mean and unapproachable. In fact, my shirt had an image suitable for an elementary school teacher (even though I teach a different grade). So now what am I supposed to think about this (lack of) interaction, and this location as a whole?

It was already small, but used to be convenient as it’s less busy. But they got rid of the deli meals. I got them all the time, now you can’t get any deli meals, they don’t even have popcorn chicken.

What happened here Went for 2 subs for supper. There were 5 people ahead of me and one guy who was doing ALL the work! On the deli side there was 2 workers who were not very busy and 2 other women, one I was told was the store manager..didn't look like she was aware of how backed up the sandwich guy was at ALL! I had a couple people behind me who left after 15 mins..don't blame them! Finally, the guy was ready to wait on me but the gal taking phone orders kept telling him about these sandwich orders via phone..the guy already had to go and cut more meat while the other guy would not help him or the woman giving him more phone orders would not help him..he even had to run and get more mustard! I told the woman that I had been waiting there for a long time and he needed to finish my order! What a bunch of jerks and non-helping co-workers! The guys sinking, there are 4 people still behind me and it took 30 mins to get my 2 sandwiches! You are sorry sack managers...get some help or lend a hand! It's a shame!!

You always feel welcome when you walk in this store. Employees always speak with a smile. Always willing to help. The store is clean and always stocked. It's the simple things that can make someone's day better, like speaking. So, thank you, Publix Super Market at Longwood.
