I'm not from the area but in such a wealthy neighborhood, i would expect supermarkets to be eco friendly and offer at least reusable bags. I felt like 10 years back. It's disappointing.

Too expensive and none of the employees know what "customer service" is. They should bring back the self checkout machines because they were the best employees this store ever had. The only good thing about this place is that there's never any line at the pharmacy.

I have been coming to this Publix for 3 years now. I buy scratch off tickets and lottery 2 or 3 times a month. Never been asked for ID, I mean never! For first time I was asked and not allowed to purchase one because I didn’t had my ID w me. I understand rules, they should be the same all the time. The weirdest thing of all I was allowed buy a bottle of Prosecco without ID?!? It was super strange! Needed a quick Christmas gift, flowers, cookies and Prosecco. While I was there let me take advantage and buy scratch off and lotto.I told the lady that I left my son in the car w my mom, I was in a rash. She had rude reply. For the prices Publix charges you would expect polite and courteous customer service and consistent rules. I would have come prepared.Guess not!

Great supermarket and if you need a quick sandwich to go this is the place to get it from wraps to subs all freshly made right in front of you or you can order on line. They are delicious!!!

Only 3 lanes open, so we waited our turn and suddenly an employee jumped in front of us to check out. Only to realize that her ride was waiting outside. No emergency. Just wanted to go home. Like the rest of us! So rude.

Ive had several problems with curbside pickup at this location. There is never anyone that can bring out my order. I understand if this location is short staffed but, this shouldn’t be offered if it can’t be done. There is also this bagger, she is an older lady, put all of my items into one bad and squished my grapes. She was talking with another coworker in another language and not paying attention at all. The cashier was great the starts are for her.
