I recently visited the Publix at 262 S Ocean Blvd in Manalapan and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. The store is spotless and beautifully organized, making it incredibly easy to find everything I needed. The selection of fresh produce, meats, and specialty items is fantastic, and it’s clear that quality is a top priority here.

The staff truly stood out with their friendly, attentive service. Whether I had a question or needed help finding an item, they were always ready to assist with a smile. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, rounding off an overall pleasant shopping experience.

This Publix is a great example of excellent customer service combined with a well-maintained, high-quality shopping environment. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a top-notch grocery store!

I don’t understand the high ratings. Yes I’m happy the store is here. But it’s small with a poor selection, and the products are frequently past their expiration dates. They don’t seem understaffed just apathetic.

As a nod to shoddy management, I was in the store, longhorn lines and lots of employees wandering around but only two checkout counters with no baggers. A couple of employees wandered by, looked at the long lines, shrugged and walked into the room marked “Authorized Personnel Only“.

So much for “the easy part.”

They only put one chicken tender for the bacon sandwich at this store! It's like a joke it only covers half the sandwich. Every other store I've gotten this sandwich from they put 2 chicken tenders and it actually makes for a decent sandwich. On the phone with the manager who said he's gotten this sandwich before and it comes with one chicken tender. This is the worst publix/deli I have ever been to. The manager checked with the deli who said it was normal to use one chicken tender on a sandwich, adding that they usually cut it in half and the presentation could have been better.

We were waiting for someone to get forks and it took awhile. Another customer tried to cut in front of us to dismiss us. When we paid with a $100 the checkout guy shortened us $30, and it took at least 5 minutes to get our correct change.

Bought chicken here on March 10th and got home seeing it was expired two days. Can’t do a return same day because I had no receipt. Stock your stuff accordingly. Two days gone bad chicken on the shelf is not a good look

Ordered two subs online at 11:30 to be ready at 12 I got there and they weren’t ready I waited too long which defeats the purpose of online ordering, but the Store manager helped me out and found a solution. Thank you

Nice small publix. Staff acted a little overworked and annoyed even though there was hardly anyone in the store. Still fairly friendly and well stocked.

I order subs there all the time and they’re usually very good. However, the last time I ordered it it was disgusting! I even called and left a message. No one ever called me back. I asked them not to put capicola on it and they did and it was cut really thick and really fatty which it is that’s why I don’t want to eat it. Also it’s supposed to have genoa salami but they use cooked salami and the ham look like it was the end piece that was supposed to go in the trash. All the meat was sliced very thick so there was just one piece of each on there. It didn’t seem like Care went and making the sandwiches and now I’m kind of grossed out about going back.
