While all Publix stores are know for excellent customer service, this location operates on a top tier level. Literally EVERY employee that I interact with on EVERY trip truly goes above and beyond to be polite, friendly, and helpful. Are they more expensive? Yes. Is it worth every penny? Absolutely! Thanks to management and ALL employees and keep up the stellar work!

I went to Publix to pick up some last-minute items to celebrate my daughter passing the bar, and I was really impressed! They had an amazing selection of flower bouquets in vases, and I found the perfect one. I was also excited to see my favorite Italian sparkling wine, Gema de Luna, in several options. Lastly, I found a delicious cake that was a hit! While I usually prefer shopping at less expensive stores, the great selection made it worth paying a little extra.

I just want to recognize an employee named Russ. I have seen him bag groceries and answer customer questions. He is ALWAYS so kind, knowledgeable, and professional! He represents Publix so well with each customer interaction! What a joy.

been coming to this publix for over three years since it is conveniently next to my apartment but i will not be coming here anymore. i had a terrible customer service experience and the manager on duty barely did anything to help me, they just phoned it in. the worst part was they were treating me like a stranger, not as the regular who has been coming multiple days a week for over two years. there were even employees who recognized me that saw me struggling and didnt even help, they just looked and kept on minding their business. a god awful experience. will be making the extra 10 minute trip to the south pasadena location from now on. shopping was most definitely NOT a pleasure here

I normally don't leave a negative review however this is an easy thing to fix and has gone on unfixed for long enough. I broke my ankle and have a little knee scooter. But that little scooter doesn't really help when your grocery shopping that's why Publix has motorized carts yet this is the only Publix that no matter when I go in I can't get one. I limped all the way through the store, I could not even get someone to help me by grabbing something for me. why do we spend the premium to shop at Publix when it is more convenient and less expensive to go other places such as winning Dixie across the street

I have been without power since Hurricane Milton crashed into us. I found out Publix was open and went up there to charge my phone, etc. The store manager came out and provided tons of chairs, power straps and extension cords and even set up free coffee for everyone while we were all charging out things. We are so blessed to not just have a Publix here but to have such a thoughtful and caring store manager!! Thank you for all you do for all of us!!

I am making Oxtail Ragu over egg noodles tonight to dinner.
I called publix to confirm they have oxtail. Oxtail was in stock.
Walked to the meat section.
And got sticker shock. Oxtail price is $14.98 lb. I needed 4 lbs. That's $60. For oxtail. Comparing oxtail with other meats. A prime rib roast was same price $14.98 lb. It was a 6lb roast. $90. Yes, pricey. But it's prime rib. Will feed 8.

So I decided not to pay $14.98lb for oxtail.
I have seen oxtail at Sams. Unfortunately they were out.
But their price is $8.98lb.
Next, I checked Ryan's meat market. They too were out.

My last hope was Wynn Dixie in south Pasadena. They had one package out for 1.25 lb. I need 4lb.
I asked the butcher if they have oxtail. Yes they did. Prepped 4.5 lbs of fresh oxtail. $8.99 lb.

I will do more shopping at Wynn Dixie.
Publix is going to price themselves out of customers.

Great staff with positive energy. It's not worth knocking down a star, but the same lame margarita mix. Everyone else has. Other than that, it is a great place and people.
