This is my local Publix and feel I needed to write a review, as the employees are so incredible at this location. From the management to each store employee, everyone here goes above and beyond to help the customer. I will point out that the bakery employees are incredible. They are willing to help and go out of their way to be sure you get what you want. I have ordered many cakes here and each and every time the cakes are more beautiful. The decorators dedication to detail is amazing. These cake decorators are incredibly talented and skilled in their trade it's absolutely amazing.

Whoever is running this store, give them a raise! Every time I come to this Publix (which is almost daily), every employee is smiling and kind. They always ask how my day is going and if I need any help finding anything. I don’t always encounter this type of customer service when out. So I’m appreciative that the managers here are taking the time to ensure their employees are kind and courteous.

The produce is also typically really good here as well! 🙂

On multiple occasions I have had poor customer service at the deli. Assistant manger and staff extremely rude. They did not have mayo so went to go grab more as he stated they are waiting on truck. Deli person came back with lite mayo we asked if it was lite and she said yes. We walked off and the deli assistant manager yelled to us you’re going to have her grab mayo and walk off. A matter of fact yes we are because of how rude they are every encounter. Never going to this Publix again.

Extremely disappointed with this location specifically. I recently bought grapes. Within 2 days, I noticed MOLD on them. I threw them out because I didn’t have time to go out of my way to return them anytime soon. The next time I went in to grab blackberries & found 2 separate containers with MOLD in the store! I went on to the meat section and found Italian sausage that was GRAY (because it was expired) & again in the breakfast meats with pork sausage links. Brought home a loaf of whole grain bread that night. Went to make toast the next morning & felt that the bread was a little stale so I checked the date…you guessed it, ALSO EXPIRED. This time I returned the bread & explained all of this to customer service but point of story, no manager was ever called for me to speak to & “I’m sorry” isn’t cutting it with this many mishaps in less than 2 weeks. Definitely needs better staff / management & some serious food safety courses. I won’t be doing business here any longer.

Poor management. Took 15 minutes to exchange 5 gallon water bottles. Customer service rep was clueless, made multiple calls for assistance, to no avail. Management finally wandered by and completely ignored us. A night and day experience in comparison with their Starkey Ranch location.

If you’re looking for a great home style chicken box look no further. We ordered a 12 piece dark and it took 30 minutes to prepare. The best way to order. Driving home will be a struggle due to the delicious smells emitting from the box.

Visited recently and was not disappointed. Adding another picture of a salad a couple of days later.

Have you ever had a PubSub? Need to try it!! The bread is a bit hard, but you’re guaranteed quality meat, cheese and fixings. I just realized they made subs minus the bread which means what? I love a salad over a submarine sandwich!! Yes, it means I ordered a salad online. And the men in my family ordered subs per usual. Do not order online unless you specify extremely well. I requested an extra salad dressing. Never in my dreams did I think that I would have double dressing swimming in my salad. I thought 2 packages of dressing. Any who the salad was delicious and 5-6 hours later for dinner it was still edible. Not crunchy or fresh but good.
