Exceptional service. We made a special trip to this Publix as another one about 20 mins further away had a lot to be desired, and we found the service exceptional, they helped us find what we were looking for without us even asking for help (i think the lady was the manager as she was dressed extraordinarily well), they greeted us and asked how our day was at the counter, and a lovely lady even pushed our trolley to our car in the parking lot. Best shopping experience I've had that i can remember.

This Publix is a medium size Store, but it is a very good one. The Staff is always so nice, friendly & respectful to all patrons. The cooked food is delicious. The vegetables & fruits are always fresh and they receive regular food deliveries early in the morning. There is always parking & the store doesn't get overwhelmingly crowded.

I think the store is good however me and my young daughter had a terrible experience on Friday. We were profiled because we were not college students. I felt attacked and the USF police were called and walked in before we were leaving. The supervisory manager was giving me nasty looks while we were walking around, and I felt very uncomfortable. If that’s how they treat people that are not students I feel sadden. I think it is disrespectful and unprofessional. Be cautious, however, not everyone in the area is out to get people. I was disgusted and felt very abused by the middle-age male manager that was there and his demeanor. Just talk to me and you would be reassured. We live five minutes away and a smaller store is convenient with a sick toddler.

Sandwich was not appetizing at all! Staff need to clean/wipe down behind each sandwich, I have buffalo sauce on my Philly cheese bread. I specifically asked for the area to be wiped down as I can’t have anything spicy!! Yet and tall I have spicy bread!

Somebody get that boy Emmanuel out of that kitchen right now before he has people fighting over wings. I met him last week after I had gotten a good batch of crispy wings. And he is the only person to make my wings to perfection. I like mine non breaded and crispy. Keep being great man !!!!! You do a great job.

Was waiting for a sub that was ordered. They had a kid (didn’t catch his name unfortunately, but he’s been there for lord knows how long by himself) there with a long line and several online orders backed up, no one was helping. I know I overheard one girl leave and give it to the CS manager who was just standing behind their counter giving the typical “We’re doing everything we can” rather than… actually helping, like they should when it’s that backed up. The kid that was on the sub shop? Doing great work. The managers? Awful. You should help if the line is that backed up, but I guess that’s too much to expect huh? As someone that used to work in the deli, I can tell you that this store does not have it together. Again, the kid that was working the counter is not at fault at all, he was doing the best he could in that situation, this review is entirely the fault of the management.

I very impressed with the staff in the feli and bakery departments. Anytime I place an order it ready on time and the staff is happy and ready to assist you to get everything you need
