Love coming here. The pastries are so good, the coffee is amazing, you will not be disappointed. My only complaint is that sometimes the line is long, but certainly worth the wait.
Last time I went I got the chocolate Croissant and the Dandelion Mocha… oh my goodness, it was so decadent and delicious. I think I finished the mocha in about 2 minutes.

There will be a long lone but the pastries live up to the hype. We got the tomato toast, croissant, morning bun, and quiche. The tomatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had and went great with the ricotta. The croissant had amazing taste, texture, and layers! The morning bun was light and fluffy and a good level of sweetness. The quiche really blew me away with how fluffy it was and the savory flavour was great way to balance out the other pastries.

Croissant- Flaky, buttery, delicious perfection. I will always get a croissant here.
Oatmeal Cream Pie (mini)- Cookies were on the dry side. Crumbly. Not necessarily a bad thing, just not a moist chewy cookie. Good flavor. The vanilla cream filling was quite tasty if not possibly too sweet and sugary for some, I love sweet things. Nice little snack that I would get again but Whitney wouldn't have to revisit.
Bread pudding- a wonderful mix of leftovers in a super tasty custard soak. Tastes very homemade if that makes sense. Not too sweet but sweet enough. Whitney and I both enjoyed it. I would definitely get it again.
Chocolate cake- To start, the only problem is that the slices need to be wrapped in acetate or some other non stick protectant in order to help keep the slices from drying out. I know they aren't environmental but the only flaw in this cake was being dry from its edges being exposed. Otherwise pretty flawless. Rich and decadent chocolate ganache/ frosting. Would absolutely get again, dry edges and all.

Can’t say how impressed I was with their pastries. The flake / lamination and buttery flavor on any of the croissant-based pastries (sesame morning bun, croissant variations) was superlative, best I’ve had anywhere. Awesome flavors, my favorite was probably the sesame morning bun should have bought more! Can’t wait to get back up this way.

When my wife found she was allergic to an emulsifier that is found in almost all baking flours (Propylene Glycol), it devastated her ability to enjoy most "claim-to-be" quality cake and pastry shops throughout our many Sonoma County bakeries. I almost cried when I found Quail & Condor to use nothing but natural wheat flour without chemical additives for longevity. This was the first Scrumptious Birthday Cake I was able to find for her in years that would not cause a food contact allergy reaction. The delicate moist chocolate layered cake with a chocolate ganache filling and chocolate cream cheese frosting was an amazing explosion of glee for my Love and we will be forever grateful to this Local Gem of a Bakery.

This business deserves your patronage with their years of Natural Ingredient Baking of Diverse World-Renowned Goodies. The Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their delicacies and gives a warm invite to all to enjoy the love they all put into the business and their community.

Delicious breads and pastries...fresh out of the oven, coffee that has flavor, a tasty quiche, and convenient sitting out front, this place did not disappoint. In fact, it was quite good! We witnessed lots of locals here, stopping in for their daily jolt, which is always a good sign. It was a satisfying experience as we rolled through town. I highly recommend it.

I don't remember if I have written Quail & Condor a review but their pastries are so good it warrants another! My husband and I love all their baked goods so much that we asked them to make our wedding cake (small cake and then sheet cake for our quests) and it was the best cake I've ever had at a wedding! Staff is lovely, great selection and my go to's are the croissant, cookies and financier.

Stopped in for pastries & coffee on a recommendation- everything was absolutely delicious! The staff were welcoming, the croissant were flaky and flavorful, the gougere were some of the best I’ve had! I also got a matcha latte and it was perfectly creamy. We’re definitely going to be back!
