Today we made a special out-of-the-way stop to get a latte here.

And I'm not the type of person who likes to post bad reviews, but this interaction deserves it.

The barista wasn't paying attention and got our entire order wrong. And when I asked to have it corrected she came across even more irritated than she did when she opened the window to greet us. It was really uncomfortable and off-putting

I was so flustered by the interaction after she gave me the wrong order, I just sat in the car and waited for her to come back from taking out the trash.

She was rude. It's honestly the worst coffee I've ever had. We threw it away as soon as we got to our next stop.

Which is especially disappointing considering the wonderful customer service and drinks we have received up until now.

Employees are always so happy and nice! I've never walked out of there without a smile on my face. They go out of their way to help every customer and they are knowledgeable and professional. I have showed here for a year and half, since it's right next to my house it's super convenient, we can just walk over of we need to pick something up really quick. Also super convenient for getting gas since it's so close. Highly recommend!

Went to the Quickway Coffee Stand adjacent to the gas station two times. Both times employees have been extremely rude and seemed unhappy that they had to work. As someone who has extensively worked in customer service I can understand having a bad day, but that is never a reason to be rude to your customers. I attempted to engage in conversation but didn’t experience any reciprocation. Apart from this my coffee simply did not taste good both times I have been here. I will not be returning any time soon.

This is my neighborhood convenience store, I walk to this store multiple times a week and I have they are consistently fantastic. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful; I've even had staff offer to pay for my bill once when I forgot my card(embarrassing) and tonight I even had someone (I believe his name was Mike) make me their gas station burritos when I called late at night to see if they had any in stock (they didn't have any ready, but he was happy to make some for me!). As far as neighborhood convenience stores go, this is the best one.

Went today to get chicken strips for lunch and they were like chicken jerky! I couldn’t even eat them. Usually they are fresh and hot and tender. Not today. Sad because I didn’t have enough time on lunch to go back or go anywhere else.
