Absolutely horrible experience with this small business. My family and I were vacation and we always make it a priority to support small businesses as we have multiple family members who are small businesses owners. But this decision came back to bite us in the butt while shopping here at QUIET STORM FT. LAUDERDALE. After purchasing a bikini there are no signs on the return policy (no returns) that are VISIBLE in the bikini area OR by the register. It is after that you finally see this policy on your receipt which is indeed too late. And if you’re a female you understand the struggle to find a good fitting bikini bottoms. Not to mention this place is quite overpriced as well. Do better.

Bad experience here at quiet storm. Visiting fort lauderdale with my family and we love to support small businesses as we have multiple family members who have their own small businesses however we did not have a good experience here. I bought a kulani kinis here that I loved when I first tried it on, but I was a little unsure about the bottoms, after asking them for a bigger size which they did not have and having multiple people in the dressing room telling me how cute it looked I decided to purchase it. The next day I wanted to wear my new bikini but this time when I tried it on alone I didn’t love how the bottoms fit, they were just a little bit too small and rolled at the edges and it wasn’t very appealing to me and I decided I’d return the bottoms and order the bigger size online since they didn’t have them. As a girl I think everyone knows the struggle of finding a nice fitting bikini and how easy it is to convince yourself it looks fine. Today we drove the 30mins back to the shop and I explained the situation to the worker and let her know the bottoms were unworn I had the tag the receipt and all the stuff! She let me know that bikinis are non returnable and that they have signs on the register stating that HOWEVER the sign she pointed to on the register was on the back of an ipad that was angled down so you can’t even actually see it and if that’s not enough there was a big display of cologne completely covering it which my boyfriend told them should be moved and she acknowledged that it was covered up but that if I looked at the OTHER register I would see the policy (why would I have gone to the other register I didn’t check out at to look for a policy) on top of that the man checking me out did not ask me if I knew the policy nor did he tell me about it which is something I believe they should tell anyone buying a bathing suit while they check out because that would have changed my mind due to the fact that in my head I knew if I got back and hated it I could return it! There are no signs by the bikinis either. To spend $64 on bikini bottoms and then decide I don’t like the way they fit me once I tried it on in better lighting and to come back and have a policy thrown back at me that is not stated anywhere except on my receipt (yippee! I already bought it thanks anyways) and the lady telling me to sell them and I might earn my money back is CRAZY terrible experience and I hope this company learns from this and actually displays their policy and hopefully future customers see this and learn from my mistake!

Loved shopping here. Sales associates don't harass you like most shops on the strip will. The girl at the front with the blonde hair and bangs was super kind and friendly and the girl with the green stripes in her hair was knowledgeable and helped me with shopping. Will 100% go back! Thank you ❤️

My favorite store in Fort Lauderdale. I always find the best clothes! Really appreciate the diversity in style and fit - I am more of a curvy body type and always find something that fits. The staff is super helpful too. I live out of state but always make it a point to shop here when in town.

While visiting Fort Lauderdale a couple of weeks ago, we stopped in this store. It has so many high quality items, including a great selection of Viori apparel! My friends and I loved shopping here and the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.
What I did not realize after I left the store, was that my very expensive watch had fallen off my wrist while I was trying on the clothes.
It wasn’t until after I got back to our hotel that I realized it. I had stopped at other stores before, so I made several calls and no one had seen a watch. Then my final call was to this store, and apparently the owner Jackie found it and gave it to the store manager, Max to hold onto to. In a world where we just hear so many terrible things, i was beyond grateful to know that there are people, like Jackie, her husband Eric and their manager, Max, with Integrity and honesty. This story could have easily gone the other way, but it didn’t, and I am so thankful to them. Once there, you can see that they run their store with the same pride and honesty and I will for sure continue to buy from them!
