The cashier is friendly & knowledgeable of all the products sold. Store is very clean & tidy. It's stocked with 2 or 3 different brands (if not more) of the same product. It offers Japanese, Chinese, Philippino & Korean products. Upon checkout your offered a ticket for their weekly drawing held on Fridays. Unfortunately they don't sell fresh veggies or seafood but have a lot of frozen seafood, lumpias, spring rolls, egg rolls and all sorts of other frozen items for Asian cooking.

The place is clean. But it's not so much an Asian market. I have stopped in to try to find some Chinese items and some Japanese. I have found substitutes but not what I want.

The store is neat and organized, the person behind the counter is very helpful, had a big smile on his face, very hospitable, and was friendly to my 4 year old. Parking was a little tough, but overall experience with the store is excellent.

Rachelle’s has a great assortment of products, even a lot of frozen goods that are typically hard to find. They also carry baked goods and some hair products (CreamSilk, etc.). I’ll be back next time I’m in town!

Went over kinda early and saw they didn't open till 12 so waiting around till then. When I got there little after 12 they still weren't open. It's a shame because I really wanted to check this new store out. Next time I think they should put a sign to say they won't be open.
