We came in to find the exact Adidas shoe my daughter wanted and they had it! On top of that the cashier went online and checked their whole inventory to make sure we weren't missing anything else she wanted. She was working alone during Spring break and handled the small rush like a champ. I am glad we stopped here before hitting the other outlet stores!

They offered me a sale to get me to the register then refused the sale but still acted like I was going to make the purchase. I later found out one of the pairs I wanted (the pair they wouldn't give me the sale on) was on clearance at other stores and they wanted to make me pay full price for it here. Bought the same shoes at an actual discount somewhere else.

Was in rack room looking at shoes a lady came up to help told me they could be shipped to the store I said no thank you all of a sudden her attitude went from nice to a complete disrespectful women that shouldn't be working around people very uncomfortable at that point I just left

This is one of my favorite stores to go shoe shoping at they always have a great selection. And i always find a pair of shoes i like. Since my dad lives near by i visit here now everytime i am in town. Definitely will be back agian. Great quality.

They didn't have my shoes in stock but guaranteed 5 day shipping, it's been 8 and they're either lost in the mail or out for delivery 100 miles away. Now I'm waiting for a refund and without shoes. Thanks!

On vacation we stopped in to the store. The shoe size needed was not in stock, however the cashier said they could deliver. We took advantage of a Buy 1 get 1 50% off. The 1 pair that needed to be shipped was paid for and we left.

I am over 1 month out with no shoes, no refund, 4 calls into customer service to get the shoes and I am frustrated. All I am told is that the order/shoe was entered wrong causing the order to cancel on their end in fulfillment. But my card was still charged…. After 4 calls, promises to call me back with status and no call backs, I am leaving this review. I am extremely patient and have given the company a month and multiple chances to resolve this issue and they have failed to do so.
