I stopped by Rancho Santa Margarita Glass to get help drilling holes in a light fixture bulb cover I ordered online. The cover was suppose to have holes in it to hang on the fixture and it didn’t. I took it to RSM glass and he drilled holes in it for me right where I needed them without breaking the glass.

A small glass shelf was lost in a move, and Jeff at RSM Glass was able to make a replacement...quickly and at a reasonable cost. This wasn't a big job, but customer service was first class. Our thanks to Jeff and company at RSM Glass. I'll definitely return when we need more. Good work. Thanks.

I am a native of Aliso Viejo and I was in need of some glass repair. To my dismay I woke up to the side windows of my car being broken on both sides. All I could think about was what if it rains before I can get to the repair shop? Upon the recommendation of my mother I called RSM Glass, they provided excellent service and didn't even charge me for the service call. They had both car windows fixed in no time at all and the guys were very polite and provided excellent customer service. I have still not found out what exactly happened to my windows, but if it ever happens again, I definitely know who to call for the best service and prices around. I couldn't ask for anything more in a glass repair company. I would give six stars if that was a possibility!

We had RSM Glass out to repair a sliding glass door. After completing the job and paying $800 in full, we realized the sliding "screen door" was now off track and would not close. Called them back and they sent someone out to fix it. When we checked later we discovered the screen door was now missing altogether and they claim complete ignorance, saying they never had anyone out to check/ fix the screen door. One employee confirmed they knew about it & told us if it did go missing they would owe us a new door. When we tried to get it replaced it went up the chain to Wiley and he claims it wasn't them. Really ? End result, we lost a screen door and they lost us and many of our friends and neighbors for years to come as customers.
Complete idiots !!!
