Prices are extremely high, even for a small town. Ad price rarely applied in transactions and quiet frankly, it feels like bait n switch. Even after pointing out the ad discrepancy to the cashier, I paid full price.

I went to Rays in LaPine OR. For lunch meat. When I got to the deli, I waited a few minutes for someone. After about 5 minutes a woman comes out from the back. She washes her hands, makes eye contact with me then looks away and proceeds to work on something that she just took out of the cooler. I walked away to get other items in the store. I went back to the deli counter and she did it again. Made eye contact looked away and started working on something else. Then I walked out the door. Poor customer service. Prices are extremely high. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere.

While they are a bit pricy, the entire staff is both friendly and welcoming. I needed help with a specific item, and the man doing freight, (Ron I believe) was more than happy to stop what he was doing and help me out. Thanks!

Great quick trip in for some snacks. Store was stocked and organized. Employees were really friendly and personable, restroom available, produce looked beautiful, deli was on point and service was quick!

Rays is always friendly. Today one of the people doing stock took way more than 5 minutes to find me a product I was looking for. Finally found it. They've got great service

Good not great choices or great prices but can't ask for much since they own the two main grocery stores in La pine. But they are consistent not like grocery outlet which I frequent. All n all to to bad I do love the floor

Things I used to buy in Bend and Redmond are double the cost here. You can't blame inflation when it's half the price 1 town over. I will be driving to Bend for our family groceries

It's a shame that the Ray's business model is price gouging people in small towns. Slightly more expensive to not have to drive in to town would be one thing, but this place is so ridiculously priced that I give up. I'd rather wait on what we need and stop after work in Bend than be ripped off here anymore
