Horrible hobby shop. Don't have anything in stock they try to sale you open box's. Do not buy one it will be missing something.they are not very knowledgeable they sold me the wrong type of connector on the battery I needed. Had to order adapters after I got home. It's gloomy and no lights.

Amazing shop with knowledgeable and kind people. They fixed our old rc's within a few hours so we could go play right away. They let our kids play with demo rc while we shopped around, and answered all 893 questions the kiddos had. Prices are competitive with a wide variety for all levels. Highly recommend Frank and his crew at RC 101!

RC 101 was one of the best on the coast..but in the last year. It's gone downhill fast. Bad service lost orders. Less than half of the inventory as usual.. and the service department is really slow and $30 an hour.

We were there over Memorial Weekend and we received amazing service! We came to look for a toy for our son for his birthday and ended up getting one for our daughter too. We even came back the next day and got one for my husband as well. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful with anything and everything we needed. We will definitely be returning!

Very good service and was able to give us all the info we needed to make the best purchase. My fiance was super happy and ready to try out his new car. The owner gave us his card if we needed extra help or had questions if we needed. He even made it to where there was no pressure and was able to let us think about our purchase before we went back in and got it within a few hours. Definitely going to return for future purchases.

RC 101 is packed with all your RC needs. I was able to find a low gear transmission and motor for the TRX4M. The shop has every type of ready to run 1/10 scale truck from Traxxas, Axial, and Redcat. My son and I love to rock crawl and we have two Redcat 1/10 trucks. We also have two SCX24s and two TRX4Ms. I purchased an additional Bronco for my daughter at the shop. This is the first shop I've seen Redcat in. To be honest, this shop is amazing. They have parts and parts. If you need it, they have it. If they don't have it, they'll order it.
The shop also sells binoculars and diecast cars. I saw drones, helicopters, and random rc vehicles that I haven't seen before. I made sure to buy a hoodie and a blob; however, the blob was lost in the purchase process so I don't have a photo. I will be returning to pick up a blob tomorrow. Trust me, they're super cool. The staff was friendly and I instantly felt at ease. Overall, Very cool. I highly recommend RC 101.

I returned to pick up a blob, I have posted a picture, and boy are they cool. The staff remembered me and had set the blob I forgot aside for me. I cannot speak too highly of the friendly ambience of the store and staff...this will be a must stop whenever I'm in town.
