Jim was a realtor who was familiar with the area and always quick to respond to our enquiries. The cost for his services was fair and at the industry standard. He was able and willing to do out of the normal things for us like climbing up to get the spare key. I would recommend him to friends and others who have condos to sell. The advice he gave us was good and useful. The website readouts of progress of traffic by it however were useless.
