Regal Cinemas offers a mixed experience for moviegoers. Ticket prices are rather steep, with matinee tickets costing around $21 per person, which feels excessive compared to typical prices of $10-$15 elsewhere. The reclining seats are a highlight, providing comfort, sometimes a little much comfort to the point I feel like sleeping. The seats have built-in cup holders, overall the seats making the viewing experience more enjoyable.
Now on to the food, yup you already guessed the prices are also high, which is expected but still frustrating. The snack area can get extremely busy during rush times, so arriving early is advisable to avoid long lines. Additionally, the staff seems understaffed, but they were knowledgeable able the food and the movies being shown. Overall, while Regal offers comfort and a decent atmosphere, the high costs and busy service areas could be improved. Would I come back? Yes, but it would have to be a pretty big blockbuster or a movie I really didn’t want to wait till it comes out on streaming services.

Went to see a movie on a Sunday afternoon at 4pm and man this place was hopping! Prepare to wait like we did in the 90's for food, took about 20 min to get through the Disneyland sized popcorn and soda line. Wasn't a problem, still got to movie on time and was nice to chat with friends in line like we did as kids in the 90''s and 2000's. Popcorn was good, soda was okay (not quiet on par with the Pepsi taste my local mini Mart has) but man were the seats comfy. Full electric recliners (no mechanical swill here folks) that could be micro adjusted for comfort. We sat in the third row and with seat nearly all the way back was perfect show. I've been to most theaters in the area from here all the way up to Bridgeport in Portland. I'd say this theater is nicer than the Oregon City Regal, and the seats are nicer than Clackamas Town center for sure. Oh and you can get a beer and Cider if that suits your fancy. Will definitely go again.

The theater is beautiful. Could not see the movie because the lights were on. And, they did not even turn them down. You really could not see the dark scenes. They looked opaque. Just like would be watching the movie on tv. I asked afterwards, and was told they could not turn lights down all the way because they sold alcohol. Just really disappointed. Don't know if I want to see the next 2 installments. It was 16 dollars.

Don't get the pretzel they are dry and tasted like it had frost bite. Dibs ice cream tasted stale and the cookie dough bites fell apart into powder. People don't go for the food yet as a parent on a night away I do want some good snacks. Disappointed. The staff made up for the quality, very nice and quick service. Theatre was clean and seats are very comfy.

Pretty good!! Seats are comfy and the popcorn was tasty. Long line when arriving for concessions - so get there early. Screen in theater One is very bright and sound was very good. Overall except for the long line, everything was exceptional. Very good experience - will come back.

The volume levels were really high during the "commercials" and thankfully a staff member turned it down. Comfy seating. We got a great price on the tickets (a Tuesday deal)

This is probably the second largest shopping center in the Salem area. They have a bunch of home decor stores, Best Buy and regal among others. There’s plenty of parking. But also make sure you don’t go to the wrong side, else there’s a bit of a wall to the other side

I have not been to this movie theater in a long time and apparently they changed how your supposed to wait in line. I was standing behind two different couples and an employee who was extremely rude told me that I needed to step back behind the red line ( he got more rude when I wasnt understanding what he was talking about quick enough, even the lady ho witnessed this interaction from a different line at a register was confused) and wait to be called forward, however the other people ahead of me didn't need to. And then a different employee who did call me forward was also rude and short in his responses. I am very disappointed with the customer service that was provided.
