This is the worst motel ever my son asked for toilet paper 2 days in a row and was told we were going to the bathroom to much we need to quit using the restroom so much. I paid for an extra night and after being charged $108 for this dump they refused to give us clean towels and toilet paper. He told us we needed to wait till morning to shower he would possibly give us towels then.

This hotel would get no stars based on todays events. Booked a room for a friend that had some water pipe issues at her home and needed a place for one nite. Surprisingly chose this location over Days Inn cuz they had nice rooms and better price. My friend and 2 yound kids were denied service while her dad was on the phone with her so has proof that she was treated badly. NO STARS DONT STAY HERE. Rude desk clerk. Oh best part refuse to refund.

Found another nice hotel
50 dollars a day less than the cheapest chain hotel in town, and cleaner and nicer, last time I was in town stayed at super 8
But for location, cleaner, nicer, 50 dollars a night less than the, I’ll be coming back here next time, actually less at front desk than on line.

I stayed at this lousy motel; actually, it would not qualify as a dump, in my opinion on June 28, 2024.||I really made a mistake when I went through a hotel consolidation call center. I thought I had paid to stay at the Days Inn. When I walked into the Days Inn the person at the check-in counter said I must be talking about the Relax Inn next door.||So, I went next door to find out that was in fact the motel I had paid for through the hotel consolidation call center.||There are many issues about this place. I will point out a few. ||I was told there was a pet fee, which when I paid for the room was supposedly paid through hotel consolidation call center. That turned out not to be the case. So, I had to pay an extra $15.00.||This place did not have any breakfast included with the expensive cost. The person that checked me in said “just go across the street to McDonald. I do not frequent any fast food places---period.||The room had a very bad smell. The floor was dirty. The bathtub was filthy. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. ||I was told by the hotel consolidation call center that my money was not refundable because of the “great price” I paid. So, I did not attempt to ask for my money back. ||The wife and I actually got very little sleep because of the condition of the room.||Any and all places that I can give a view I intend to I will.||I check one star only because the review would not post without checking one of them.||I would have given a minus five if it was possible.

I usually don’t post reviews but this has to be done. Rooms are very unpleasant, refrigerators does not work and no help from property. Bypass this property as fast as you can - DO NOT STOP AT ALL - Especially for the price Motel 6 will be a better option. Not even sure why or how it’s still operating 🤔🤔

So, my boyfriend and I needed a last minute place to stay for a night during a road trip as it was getting late. We go to the front desk and talk with the man at the window, and he was VERY rude. My boyfriend handed the man his ID and the man requested mine instead, and after reading my ID, he practically refused to talk to my boyfriend whatsoever when my boyfriend would try to talk or even when he was trying to pay for the room. We were also informed that there were only smoking rooms available, which we went ahead and took because we needed a place to sleep for the night. Well, here on Google the price for the rooms is listed as $54, and the guy charged us $81.25 for the room. When we get to the room, it *looked* clean, but was not actually clean. And not just because it was a smoking room, it smelled musky and looked dingy. The blanket and curtains had burn holes in them, the walls were damaged and just painted over, and the bathroom was gross (I wouldn’t even take a shower in it). The AC also wasn’t on when we got into the room, so it was muggy and hot for a while until the room finally cooled down when we got the AC back on. And to top it off, when we got up in the morning we woke up bitten by bugs, as the bed also had bed bugs in it.

Great location located right off hwy 75. However this is the only good thing about this hotel. Get the service you deserve for the price you pay I recommend Days in which is cleaner nicer and more welcoming. Everyone I spoke to at this "establishment" was very rude, judgemental, and unprofessional. Will never return to this place. The vibe was racist, annoyed and surveillanced. If they put less money into their security system ( cameras line the entire building) and more into the quality of the rooms they might be able to get away with the "whatever price I feel like it" gimmick. The room adjacent to ours fought all night. Banging on the walls and such. It was so terrible that, after a long day of work all I could make myself do was shower quickly and leave immediately.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy, which is good enough for one night, Unfortunately, the air was not turned on before my arrival, so it took another 30 minutes to cool down. Luckily, there is a Walmart pretty much across the street for road trip supplies along with a host of fast food choices, so it all worked out.
