I sincerely enjoy the workers here. Anytime I needed something they were right on the ball. Our tv wasn’t doing what we wanted it to do for my husbands gaming devices and they found us a tv that did and were so nice and helpful.

They was good at first when Ms Tara was in charge. I had received a phone call because I was late on a payment and I told them I didn't want the TV anymore and they insisted on pushing the payment back and the lady I had talked to on the phone ask me if the card on file was correct and I said yes ma'am and I told her if I have enough money next week because I'll get my school and work paycheck that I will pay it so next week rolls around and I received the text saying that the payments do well I didn't have the money due to bills so I didn't respond to the text thinking that they would come and pick it up or call me like they normally do but that never happened the next day rolled around and I had went to pay my light bill and realize that rent a vision (without my permission so basically stealing) had taken the money out of my account leaving my two-year-old son and myself without lights. And when I called them as soon as I found out to get my money back and tell them once again to come pick up the TV they were closed even though they wasn't supposed to be. Then when I asked for corporate's number they gave me an email so to clarify I asked them does corporate have a number and they said "no man".
