This is one of the most inspiring places I’ve ever been. I loved the original shop in Springfield, but the space is Sisters is beyond amazing! If you want a beautiful, curated space- this is where you should look.

The owner, Casey, is incredible. Her knowledge about and eye for design is unmatched. She cares deeply about her customers and it’s obvious that she finds joy in these beautiful pieces finding a home where they will be enjoyed.

I ordered a print, which needed to be custom framed. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for the order, and she would call me when it arrived. After five weeks, I decided to follow-up with the store to check the status. I live about 35 miles from the store. The sales receipt has no phone number. The store has no website. There is no phone number listed in the White Pages, and I could find no phone number for the store anywhere on the web. When you combine that with the store's "all sales are final" policy, it gave me cause for concern. So, I looked up the business on the Oregon Corporations Division web page and found a phone number, which I called hoping it was the store's number. Nope, it was their law firm. I explained the situation, and the law firm offered to forward a message. I decided to go to the store and check the status because of the concerns above. After talking to the sales clerk briefly, the clerk left the store and fetched the owner. The owner went off on me for calling her law firm, as if I had done that intentionally and it was somehow an affront. I explained my concerns, as stated above, and told her she should expect customers to try to figure out a way to contact them given the circumstances. Then I found that my order had already been in the store for a few days, and I had not received a call. The owner said she had send me a text, insinuating it was sent days earlier. I later found out the text was sent that day, as a result of the law firm's message, while I was driving to the store. As another reviewer observed about the owner, she then tried to play the victim, saying their web site was under construction, their business phone had been assigned to someone else, her kid was sick, and she was backed up on orders, and a few other excuses. She also delivered those excuses in the most condescending tone imaginable. This person has no business being in retail, and her business practices are pathetic--no phone, no website, all sales final, etc. It's a nice store, but I'll never be back.

LOVE this store! I have countless candles and mugs that from Rescued Living and have always been impressed with the product. Casey is kind, helpful, and has a great knack for helping me figure out exactly what I need and where it should go. I have nothing but great things to say!

Best customer service! I had been looking for some new pillows for my apartment that fit my aesthetic and was coming up empty handed! I ended up going into Rescued Living because a couple of friends recommended it. I asked the store owner her opinion on what she thought would work best (because I am horrible at decorating) and she ended up helping me find the perfect Pendleton pillows that ended up matching perfectly! I normally dread shopping for decorations but she made my experience absolutely wonderful! I will be going back for sure!

Super fun eclectic collection of home goods. They have bedding, pillows, decorative items, candles, furniture, you name it. And everything with a great sense of style. Very friendly and helpful staff made it a very pleasant atmosphere to browse. I will come back when I have more time to shop. There are so many amazing things to look at, touch, and smell.

This store is the CUTEST! I recently went there to get a birthday present for my friend! I went in not having a plan whatsoever and ended up wanting to buy everything not only for the gift but for myself! The shop owner was so nice and ended up helping me piece together a gift basket that my friend ended up LOVING. I got a little carried away and also got myself way too many goodies that fit perfectly in my home! I will absolutely be going back (especially because I spied some good holiday ideas for my house!)

In Love with this amazing little local store. Their pendleton corner of products always make me happy, and their customer service is always very personable. Love seeing the owner in shop all the time, she’s always happy to answer questions and give you tips or advice with decorating. LOVE ❤️ (Christmas decor here is my Favorite also).
