I have repeatedly sent messages and dissatisfaction with work to the departments about his care for Gleneagles IV Deerwood Circle, which have remained unanswered and without any arguments or details. I consider the resort's administration unacceptable, with no respect for condo owners. For the ministry, the only thing that matters is their well-being and money, where their position, will and any information about failure to fulfill their duties is of no importance. I assess this action without mutual respect and unidirectional orders, orders, rights and penalties against the owners.

*I originally gave this company a one star rating, but have changed my opinion after working with Shannon Wagner. She is a gem and her customer service is stellar!*
If I could give zero stars I would. I moved into a neighborhood managed by this company, and they are the worst. No one will answer my emails and when I try to call and ask them the questions I need answers to, they are completely rude, saying they have too many residents and they’re overwhelmed. Either hire more people or get rid of some of your properties if you cannot handle the work load. It’s ridiculous…I honestly don’t even know what my neighborhood is paying them for! I’m going to talk to the board about finding a new management company. Their customer service is beyond abysmal. I never get a response from voicemails so I try to email and am completely ignored. It’s rude and unprofessional.
If you are an HOA, a co-op or a condo association and are deciding whether or not to hire this company, my advice is to RUN. Thanks for absolutely nothing Resort Management. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. We are in a 55+ community on fixed incomes…you are taking advantage of us.

They are almost impossible to get ahold of by phone, the person our property is assigned to has a voicemail that is full and hangs up on you. They also don’t fulfill the bare minimum I would expect a company like this to do.

I want to be clear, I don’t have any open issues with them, this is not a disgruntled customer, just a customer who has been under their management for 3 years and has never once seen them resolve anything or answer a phone.

Absolutely WORST management!! No one answers the phone and no one return calls, and if you lucky to get someone,they refuse to give their name! Aren’t they working for us? Maybe they got too many communities to manage and can’t handle the job…
