Attempted to do business with this group a few times over the last year. Seem nice to work with in the beginning but then they become an absolute NIGHTMARE. They can lease a property but then when things get mercy they will try to sneak any legalities against you as an owner. Charlie "The President" has been very unprofessional and aggressive, it's not worth the headache to do business with these people. Unless you want to lease commercial space in your run down trailer park.

Unfortunately there is no option to give ZERO stars.

After months and months of construction in a building they manage with no end in sight, we are at our wits end with the management and ownership that has no regard for the professional tenants trying to run businesses out of the property we are in. The management won't provide any details or even respond to phone calls or emails about constant pounding, sawing, drilling on multiple floors.

Walking into the building daily with construction dust, machinery exhaust and garbage and dirt being thrown out of the building all over tenant vehicles is the norm as the trash collection of random furniture and old equipment piles up in the vacant spaces throughout the building.

Definitely can't recommend this company or properties they manage.

I would give it a negative if possible because of lack of concern or truly addressing a problem I tried to address to staff property manager Donna Cook at first then president Charlie Boscorino concerning an “ employee “ maintenance person Ray Stallworth. This maintenance individual Ray Stallworth called SPPD on me at 7:45am as I was leaving after charging my cell phone in a 24hr laundry mat he is not employed by & actually FIRED from for his rough house treatment of people and lied to have them issue a Tresspass Warming for 1 YEAR! So I leave then returned purchase a 1ltr soda from a Family Dollat store at this same strip mall 1 1/2-2hrs later this same individual calls the SPPD again LIED on me having another Tresspass Warning issued again (loitering) but this time permanently! An alarm of iminent harm or damage to property or people is the definition of Tresspass which neither applied to in my situation. Ironically I was informed by others of their contact with maintenance person Ray Stallworth informing of his use of crack cocaine in the same shopping center 24hr Laundry mat (irony again=fired from, services no longer required or needed) and an altercation by said individual on camera in the Laundry room 9/2/18 who initiated a fight & lost. Checks & Balance was something I mentioned to Donna Cook in my many attempts to contact & inform her of as well as my ability to do commerce such CVS (2-blood pressure med’s & muscle relaxant for my back). So this social media posting & maybe other web sites is a start for a “ hands on approach “ since they are located in Lakeland and I’m located in St. Petersburg, you need to visit often your property that you’re managing especially with an annual in come of just under $1m according to Glassdoor.

Beware, Charlie, the owner is a greasy, slimy business man. We lease space and ever since RSA took over they fail to do anything to the property, the fine print in their contracts will leave you out thousands of dollars.

I'd give zero if I could, Yanni the contact said she would not consider looking into our request for space because she didn't have time...the space has been vacant for over 5 years...I understand why now!
