I placed an order on January 30th, and it was supposed to be delivered by February 6th, but unfortunately, I never received it. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out via email, text, and Instagram DMs, I received no response at all. I was left in the dark about the status of my order. On February 8th, I finally called the company and spoke with the owner’s husband, who reassured me that my order would be shipped out that day. However, I never received any tracking information or email confirmation. At this point, it’s very clear to me that customer service is a major issue here, and I will never be purchasing from this company again. Very disappointed with the entire experience.
