Very kind staff! They are very helpful and take time with each patron individually. They don't rush you through or push products. They make it one on one and its like you are the ONLY person in the store! The guys have a GREAT sense of humor and when your preferred brand isn't on sale anymore, they apologize for the inconvenience, even though its WAY not their fault! 😲😢 😇 Great business sense and a comfortable atmosphere! Awesome job guys!

The people here care about their customers. Even if they don't have what You need, they'll point Ya in the right direction. Very friendly and knowledgeable in all things smoke shop. Definitely a cornerstone of the smokers community. I really appreciate You Rick's # 1,2 and 3! Keep being awesome!!!

Love the sales person's, been going here over a decade. All great ppl. Fabulous prices and yeah 5hey take my coupons paper and electronic. My only question... No prices no receipt except total not item listings.

The staff is always great. The cheap beer is nice to. The gentleman who was working today 1/8/2021. Is especially cool. I don't know his name. But he deserves a raise.

Has great prices on cigarettes and butane the people seem very nice and some not so nice but it’s overall pretty decent store. I keep going back to this one!

Yeah I love by Rick smoke shop I go there every other day to get my smokes and and my drinks and they're always a very very it's very calm and it's very professional there's cigarettes are a little bit more expensive by about 25 cents for a pack that I've noticed from other stores but yeah it's good

I love that they have the best prices and allows people to combine paper with digital coupons for even more savings! The guy that helped me really knew what he was talking about when he answered my questions about the difference between the products.

It is a tabaco shop. That being said their staff is pleasant but be careful they will try to up sell you. They sold me a more expansive rolling machine that he insisted was better then the one I wanted the one he sold me is a pice of junk I would still buy tabaco products there but that is it. Ok so I have been back here a few times since this happened I have changed my mind I think it was just a fluke they are very customer orentated.
