Be careful when purchasing here, they want to charge a 40% restock fee to exchange. They also failed to mention that my reclining sectional has to be 12 INCHES away from the wall in order to recline. The size doesn’t match the spec page, the pieces are 1-3 inches smaller than I measured.

I was able to find the perfect chairs, easily and the staff (Nathan) made the whole financing process super easy and fast. I originally had wanted delivery, but ultimately changed my mind. Nathan and other staff members were very nice about the changes and didn't seem at all annoyed. Great job

We are very happy with our shopping experience at Rife’s in Albany. The showroom had a large selection of furniture so we were able to see in person various colors, shapes and sizes of couches. We were able to sit on the different couches to find the fill (foam/down) and fabric that we liked best. Manny was great in helping us find our perfect couch. He asked us questions, offered suggestions and provided helpful information. Manny provided us time to look around without making us feel rushed, while being available to answer our questions. Manny was professional while also personable. We feel that the pricing was reasonable and the furniture is of good quality. We are excited about our new couch and are anxiously awaiting its arrival. We visited several furniture stores from Salem to Eugene but found the shopping experience at the Albany store was superior. As others have mentioned, we were greeted by a salesperson, directed to the product we were seeking and then allowed to stroll, sit in various chairs without anyone hovering. They were nearby for questions but gave us space to confer with each other. When we had finally made our decision (a day later) they gave us great cooperation as we made the purchase and arranged a delivery date. (BTW, the delivery team was on time, professional and courteous.). We will absolutely return for future purchases.

The service at the store was great, no pressure. We were checked on by staff but definitely left alone to look. The staff made sure to inform us on sales and got us the best price. My daughter was able to get a great bed set and mattress for a great price and delivery and set up was included! Cannot recommend Rife’s enough.

I walked in, was pleasantly greeted and told them what I was looking for. The salesman showed me what they had and I found the two barrel chairs I was looking for at a great price. Pick up was quick and easy!
