Awesome Customer Service! The employees have always been nice and polite. Thank you Will, Alex and all the girls for going above and beyond in helping my family and I with wetsuit selection. Your product knowledge is Exceptional. You guys are definitely Assets to the Company! It's not only 1 visit you guys have nailed, you have nailed it for years! I've been shopping this store since day 1 and Rip Curl products for over 30 years. Weather in Search for a New Wetsuit or Searching for wax, I've never been treated poorly! Great work Rip Curl. Thank you for supplying my family's Search!....... UPDATE: THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! The FUSION F7 ZIPPERLESS IS THE BEST WETSUIT I HAVE EVER WORN. Definitely worth it! Just got my Rifles Tide Watch and love it! Staff is very polite and helpful, and even went through all the settings and functions with me. The guy who helped me out even showed me all about the GPS watch, even after I stated that I wasn't in the market. He was kind enough to show me all of its functions even though he knew I wasn't going to purchase it.

Definitely will be recommending this location- as well as the Rifles watch. Thanks again guys!

This was not my first choice since it's a commercial spot but I was pleasantly surprised that they had the best prices and very helpful staff. Patrick was awesome and took great care of me. He was knowledgeable about the surf and gave me advice before I went out. He was even nice enough to snap a few pictures for me since I left my phone in my car and wanted to capture my first time surfing in California. Give him a raise for going above and beyond expectations.

I wish i could put less then Poor as for the Service i got.
Please, go to any other ripcurl beside this one. Everyone there that I have talk to are terrible employees. (Dan the GM) is one of the worst people I have seen in a retail setting. They well never call you back, unless your talking to the HR or Customer service of North America. I needed to get my watch fixed and its been 2 months now and i still havent gotten my watch back. It took this store over a month to ship my watch away to get it fixed. I will never go to that ripcurl store again to buy any products. Worst service EVER!!!

I had a very good experience at Rip Curl H.B. I just purchased a watch from the Sample sale and had no clue on how to get it set up. I forgot the names, but the ladies that helped me were very kind and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing how to set up. They took care from me and I thank them for the kindness and patience

Dan was very knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating.
They keep a clean, non cluttered shop, and when I return to Cali, I plan to do most of my shopping there.

Two posts can’t be wrong. Bryn is rude and lazy. I asked her to get me a backpack off the top rack. She’s about my height. She tried tried pulling off the backpack with her hand and the hanger metal bar came off and hit me. I received no apology. She walked away.

Best retail experience I’ve had in years! The whole staff here is quick and super knowledgeable. Will defiantly be shopping here for all surf needs in the future
