Update once this review hit I was contacted by the manager and later I was able to swap it out. Was quite the hassle but in the end it was resolved.

It’s not often I change out my eating but….when you spend what you spend on things you expect a decent product and not one that’s tastes BAD. I bought a cart that I had wanted to swap out because it tasted disgusting. They had to involve a manager. I had to do this once before at another dispensary and it was handled differently. I thought I shopped there enough to get something. They said the cart had to be defective. Well you could have done something for the customer but you blew me off. There are TOO many dispensaries to do me like this. I’m going to make effort to shop elsewhere and tell everyone about my experience there. You could have offered me a credit or something. I feel a “manager” should have handled it better but you felt more like a jerk. The bud tenders are better and handled it better than the mgr. SORRY RISE YOUR STOCKS ARE DOWN NOW!!

Red was amazing and knowledgeable, helped me determine the best carts and even gave me helpful advice on the mango one. While I Sara was my budtender and kept me smiling and laughing while we talked.

Location is amazing and the staff are wonderful. Now if you’ll excuse me I’m bout to enjoy my vapes🤩🤣

Best place to shop if you're in Wesley Chapel. Walk in ordering at the user friendly kiosk is so swift. The menu is so easy to expand and read about every products lab reports. The staff especially Amanda are so smart kind and helpful. Love this place.
