A week ago, I got two generators posted as brand new and completely sealed for about $1100.

Once I picked up my products and got home to open them, one was brand new, and the other, although sealed with straps, tape, styrofoam, and plastic, was extremely used. It was very dirty, rusty, was missing a few parts, had wires disconnected, and was obviously used before. It wouldn't turn on at all.

I went back to BidRL to get a refund for the broken item, and one of the workers gave me the owners number. After trying multiple times and waiting for 40 minutes, he finally decided to call me back, except he was rude and very angry, saying he was "pissed off" and that I was "too insistent." He would not accept my refund of $500.

He threatened to sue me, blacklist me on BidRL (which he did later when I got home), and told his employees not to talk to me further.

Please be careful with this location. I lost a ton of money here and have had no luck reaching support and would hate for anyone else to go through this.

I originally posted this review for the Modesto location that this owner used to operate before corporate taking it back from him. So now that he never responded to my texts/calls and never refunded me; I will at the very least warn others about this fraud.

I got a charge from his location and when I called to inquire he looked into it and left the voicemail shown in the picture. How in the world did I end up paying an invoice for a Bryan Bosch!?!? My card information is only attached to MY OWN account which THEY VERIFIED WITH MY ID! I let him know I was in no way shape or form associated with that individual and I never presented my card or ID to go on his account. The only person authorized for pick ups is my husband which we share a last name. He never got back to me afterwards.
So be careful when imputing your card information for this site.

Be very careful with what you buy, especially at this location in Stockton. They tend to post misleading item posts, saying they're new and factory sealed when they're actually clearly used. Always preview or don't buy anything. Always check and listen to reviews, don't overlook them and post another review like I did.

EDIT : In response to the owners reply, this man doesn't even know who he's talking about. I have been a paying customer for years now, and everyone knows if you don't pay you get a restocking/relisting fee and I have always tried to avoid that (unless he's confusing me with one his personal customers that pays him in cash). I do not owe a dime to BidRL.

Regarding the multiple accounts, I only have one account, my wife also owning an account under her own name. Both accounts are current.

I was not willing to discuss previous issues because they are not my issues, aside from the fact that the owner was extremely rude and was only interested in yelling and threatening me.

I've happily ended business after this disaster.

Great place to find some awesome deals.... especially with the covid stuff going on right now, not alot of people are thinking about auctions. From this location I got a few items and you have to really pay attention to the descriptions and the pics... one item clearly shows missing pieces, but I got caught up in the auction and ended up basically paying for an unusable product (totally my fault for not paying attention). Either way, auctions are addicting, so its nice to have a place that's legit to deal with in person!

Second item I have purchase from there will not be purchasing anything else item was described as new when I got it home and took it out of the Box. It was already assembled once and someone actually destroyed it And repackage did and sent it back. I understand that bit r l gets over stock but they made a point to say it was new and showed when they opened the packaging It would have been nice if they would have said used because then I wouldn't assume it was new pretty much. It's trash here's some pictures to go with it. I'm glad i'm only out forty dollars

I Love this place. I am able to do all my Christmas shopping right here. Most all items are in new condition. But you have to take the chance, although you can view all items before you bid on them. The staff is very helpful and nice. 5 stars from me

Never had a problem before until now they sold me a pa speaker that don't even turn on very disappointed I spend alot of money with at stockton bidrl this sucks .....
