Initially had a great visit to the tasting room back in March. Signed up for their wine club and have since been charged more than $1,000 for wine shipments that we’ve never received. Can’t get a response from them after multiple emails, phone calls, etc. and now have to deal with the hassle of going through our credit card company to dispute that charges with them. I hate leaving bad reviews but others should be aware.

I too have not received three shipments since charge in March of this year. I have been a wine club member for over 12 years. I have called and left several voice mails and sent emails to two individuals at the company. No response whatsoever. I have had to file a dispute with AMEX to receive a credit. Also not able to cancel my wine club membership as there is not function to do so on the web. I really hate doing this because I enjoy their wine.

Horrible experience with this business. We’ve been charged for wine shipments that were never delivered and attempted to contact the winery via email, phone, instagram with no response. Unsure if this business is poorly managed or a fraud.

I love RoadHouse Winery. It’s charming and unpretentious. It has been my favorite winery to visit in Healdsburg for years. Located in the town center of Healdsburg it is easy to visit. Although reservations are recommended they are not mandatory and it’s easy to walk in for a tasting unannounced. The Pinot wines that they produce are phenomenal and very drinkable. Also a good price for the region. Van, one of the owners, is frequently there and is very engaging and happy to share insider knowledge of the industry. I strongly recommend you stop by the next time you’re wine tasting in Sonoma.

Fantastic service. Excellent Pinot Noir. Ask for Zane at the front. Part of any worthwile wine tasting tour in the area. 5/5 would recommend to folks from out of town!

Another great find for fans of Pinot Noir. You won't find this wine anywhere else and they're staff is super knowledgeable. They have a good setup indoors and outdoors in the shade, you can even bring food to enjoy along with your tasting!

We've had the very best experience!!!! We haven't been Pinot Noir drinkers but Roadhouse has us hooked!!! We've had fun visiting many wineries but Roadhouse wine was the best by far... for our taste. The quality of wine and the service from Van was over the top. Clients for life!!!
