absolutely rude. they messed up my order and when I said something along the lines of “hey this was supposed to be this, not that” in a nice/calm tone, she said “that’s not what you told me, I’m getting paid for this and I’m not doing it again”

not exactly what I would call great customer service. I paid 16$ for my sweatshirt to be wrong. I would have been glad to pay her to fix it, but she “is not doing it again”. so, I will happily take my business elsewhere.

do not recommend to anyone. the owner is rude.

Great selection for me to choose from every time I'm looking for a new work shirt. The stitching, work and fabric is always great quality, and the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Turn around is lightning fast at times. Very happy working with this business, and will definitely be doing business again in the future.

When we first called, a woman answered and she was slightly rude. When we arrived we were not greeted, she acted like we were bothering her. Then she got a major attitude when we asked if we could get 4 shirts embroidered within 1 week. We will never return there and we will tell everyone we know to not do business with them.

I went to drop off a blanket today. I wasn’t even greeted when I walked up to the counter. The lady finished what she was doing and just stood there looking at me until I asked if she was ready to talk to me. She did not walk me through anything. I have not monogrammed anything in the past so I had no idea what I needed to do. I had to tell her that before she would even tell me anything! If I didn’t need this done ASAP and then being right there I would not have used them and I can assure you I Will NOT be back! Worst customer service I have ever had. Rude! Not one smile and I was treated as if I was an inconvenience to her day. Also, another lady who seemed like the boss didn’t seem to care either.
