I bought my first Bernina sewing machine from Robin’s Sewing Shop, ( in Trussville Alabama) it was the Bernina B480. I had an amazing experience. I will continue to take my business there. Greeted by very kind staff member, even though we arrived 5 minutes before closing! Thanks so much for the warm hospitality. Great machine inventory and supplies. Small fabric selection, but was very nice.

Don’t go here if you are African American. The lady that assisted me stared at me like I was a unicorn and was very sarcastic and curt with me. This is my second interaction with her…I gave her the benefit of the doubt…I figured maybe she was just having a bad day or was tired since I went in 30 minutes prior to closing. But it doesn’t matter what time of day you go…I think “my kind” just isn’t welcome at this store.

Brought in two older machines, I know very little about sewing. I'm trying my hand at doing boat seats . They took some time and showed me a lot, even though my machines were not the brand they sell. I was very impressed at the time they spent with me. Overall it was a great experience, I'm not your typical customer I'm 57 and male. Thankfully they treated me like any other customer.
