I have never experienced a rooms to go with no respect or good customer service from a manager. There was a wrong price sign for a 3 pc table set and while being inside the store for 30 minutes and no employee realizing it was the wrong sign until I was about to pay, I was treated so rudely by the manager when trying to accommodate. The manager came to me so rudely with no eye contact and an ear pod in his ear. He never apologized about the mistake the rooms to go made. He said he could not honor the price and brushed it off like it was nothing. The manager did not direct us to another table set in our price range or try to accommodate us in any way. He also stated “the name of the table is on the sign ” like customers are supposed to know the name of the table set. My brother works at the rooms to go in concord NC and managers show nothing but respect to every guest so it is surprising to be treated that way in a rooms to go. The manager forced me to believe they can’t honor the given price on the display when I know that is simply not true.

Todd was awesome. He explained everything to us and let us walk around until we found the sofa we wanted. He made buying easy and even explains how delivery and the warranty worked. Can't wait til it's delivered..

We walked in to the store just to browse, and Marlin did a wonderful job answering questions and explaining things, while also giving us space to ourselves. He was such a kind man, and we fell in love with a sectional, so we came back the next day to purchase it, and Marlin was so wonderful throughout the whole process. Knowledgable about the furniture, but also personable and a pleasure to converse with. 10/10 would recommend! Nothing can replace a good salesman at a furniture store!

Stephanie was AMAZING. She was patient and never rushed us. Spent most of her shift with us and made sure we left happy. If you plan on buying any furniture go to Rooms to Go in Hoover and ask for Stephanie. She also didn’t stop at just the sale, she gave me her number to reach her if I was to ever need anything even after the furniture is delivered. We will from now on only deal with Rooms to Go JUST to deal with Stephanie.

My fiancée and I were looking for a sectional couch and came to Rooms To Go. As soon as we walked in we were instantly welcomed so warmly by Jeff! From there he proceeded to be phenomenal with all his help! He showed us a couple different couches, gave us some tips to keep track of which ones we liked so he could check if they were able to be delivered soon, and then gave us space to just look and see what we liked. He then came back to check in and we told him if he could help us find a couch similar to one we saw online at a different furniture store and found us our dream couch! We worked with Todd Barrantine and he was very helpful, very informative, and he met us at the door the next day when we returned to purchase our new sofa. He explained delivery and the 3 yr protection plan to us. We enjoyed our experience at RTG and will definitely be back.
