1/21/2024 update!!!
We bought our trailer in April 2023. It was not equipped with window blinds, a standard feature. We've called Randy numerous times and he continues to lie to us each time we call with more B.S. on when we should get them etc. Done being nice with these liars.

We live 15 miles from Canada in Ferndale WA. I googled about a specific Trailer we had seen as a used 2021. We wanted a new unit as the floorplan was unchanged. We then focused on prices. We ended up calling Roseburg RV, and spoke with Adam their only salesperson. He confirmed the unit existed and the price. I asked if we
could pay cash, as for some reason in WA they insisted we finance. We finished terms over the phone. We drove down, did minimal paperwork, did our orientation and went back home the following day. It was more than worth it for us to drive that far and not just save substantially, but the entire process was very easy. Randy, the Service Manager was exceptional and continues to answer questions we have. We highly recommend checking them out !!

I originally went to go look for a bigger vehicle to trade for my SUV at the time. I met Adam and he pointed me in the right direction for a truck. As soon as I took my dodge for a test drive I absolutely fell in love with it. Adam displays excellent professionalism and knows exactly what he is talking about. He’s not your typical pushy car salesman and he makes you feel comfortable in deciding whether or not to get a vehicle. I’ve had my truck for over a year now and to this day I don’t regret my decision.

Honestly, I wish I could recommend this company because one terrible salesman does not make a company. Unfortunately, I can't. I went there looking for a good car and continue to regret doing business here. The employee who sold me my car, Adam, was for lack of a better word a douche. His attitude and remarks were absolutely unprofessional and he made it a point to show he did not take me seriously being a female. That point was only made clearer after I noticed that the blinker switch on the car he sold me was stuck on...with electrical tape. I came back within a week or so of the purchase and he refused to help. That is until I returned yet again with a MALE friend of mine, he then said, and I quote, "Ooh, so you brought in the backup as big guns". I was extremely appalled and insulted by this insinuation, that was not even the reason I had the friend with me. However, I am glad now that I did bring a male with me because he was FAR more helpful once I did. He even finally offered to help with the car issue. Not to my surprise it took him months to even order the new part but at least it did finally happen, I suppose.
As I said, not the companies fault they have a sexist douche working there but pro tip, it hurts the company that he does.

I recently purchased an RV here. Matt was easy to talk to and understood what I was looking for. We purchased a great trailer and the process was super smooth and not stressful at all. Gary went out of his way to help me understand some of the little things that you wouldn’t know unless you’re an experienced RV owner. I highly recommend these guys and would definitely purchase from them again!

We stopped here to look at RVs. We were greeted by Adam who was knowledgeable about the RVs we looked at. He understood that we were only looking for our next RV, but wouldn't be buying one just yet. He never once pressured us about purchasing. We will definitely keep the Roseburg RV Center in mind when we are ready to purchase our next RV.
