What a really great lil market. It's family owned. Great selection of everyday items. Their handmade comfort food is deelish. The breakfast & tri tip burrito with salsa verde is outstanding. Very friendly people. Gas, ice, shade and picnic benches are all there too. Cheers

This market isn't much to look at but man do they have great BBQ food. Every day except Sunday they BBQ ribs, chicken, tri tip, and much more. They make the best French fries that are wide cut with the best flavoring on them. They're 4 for $1.00 and worth it.

Breakfast burritos, chimichangas, a wide variety of drinks and friendly staff make this a great experience! Oh, they also have gas pumps and refill propane tanks there.

Since my earlier review they have totally redone the inside of the store and it looks great.

Royal Oaks Market it’s been around a long time. It use to be a bar, a lot of patrons. My younger brother in eighth grade was purchasing a gallon at a time Gallo Vin Rose. A lot has changed since then.
The guys that run it now “young guys”. Work their tails off. They are always smiling in a good mood. They care for their customers. A new addition late last year. A meat department. On weekends they have the bbq churning out tasty chickens. They also have a few gas pumps, reasonable prices. They also have propane refills. And an air compressor. So a lot has changed over the years, all for the better. Royal Oaks Market keep up the good work.

Friendly, local, decent prices, yummy food... recommend. It's just a small gas station with a store, but my husband goes out of his way weekly to get some of their BBQ. It's cooked on site daily.

Every single time I buy something from these people they fail to give correct change. They regularly short change customers who pay cash. These people are untrustworthy, ripping you off any chance they get. I'm done buying anything from this store. It's extremely poor taste to steal nickles and dimes your customers.

Very nice place to stop at. They are very friendly and I usually find what I need for dinner if I don’t wanna drive all the way into Watsonville or Prunedale.
