This place is a completete rip off wifi service overcharged and they constantly lie about little things I believe the guy and female that works there r overcharging people and putting the rest in their pockets rip off do not do business with them

I found out that they were ripping me off on UPS returns. I was being charged 2$ a parcel to drop off UPS returns.
I just happened to see the return sign in CVS and found out it was free!! No charge. I will not return to R n S!!

Family owned shop looking to upcharge uneducated small town people while they are uneducated themselves. The owner and I have met a handful of times all at different ages and he has been nothing but rude to my family and I. They claim to care about the people of Jackson, but at the same time they upcharge for horrible satellite internet as well as other electronics.
Example: When the PlayStation 4 came out, my friend's parents spent a month trying to find one for their son and stumbled on one here at this shop. $399 was retail for this console, while R&S were charging $499, not including tax!

Most stores you get what you pay for, here you pay for more and get less.

EDIT: Learn to spell if you aren't uneducated. And it's not a "personal attack," although making snide comments to customers when they come in totally is. Still horrible.

Best service in town, my questions were answered quickly and I got a brand new washing machine delivered and installed the same day! I even went back and got a dishwasher when my old one went out. My kids needed new beds and the staff was more than happy to help up out! I will definitely be going back when it’s time to replace my fridge!

Terrible. Rude. Overpriced. No customer service skills. You’re better off traveling to Mobile, Montgomery, or Birmingham for appliances or electronics … and do not purchase viaset internet. It’s terrible. They sell it and install it but they do not stand behind it.

Reported the Wi-Fi box that I paid over $200 for stolen when I switched services. Be careful doing business here. Tons of other people have had this issue as well. Do a little research before you spend your hard earned money here
