We had a great experience at Ruffwear! We were on a roadtrip from Cali and stopped by to see the store and return some things. The store is small and super clean. Spike, my Belgian, immediately started testing out the toys and hanging out on the cot. We met Patrick and Sydney who recommended a couple of things and chatted with us. They are awesome people and are so nice and helpful. Sydney was amazing and helped outfit a harness onto my little tripod, Levi. We ended up buying multiple toys, a harness, and a cot. Everything seems very well made and my pups love them. Thank you!

We had an amazing experience at the Ruffwear Bend store! We received the absolute best customer service and were excited to get fresh new gear with cool designs and colors for our pup Lucille. We loved that she was fitted to ensure her new harness fit just right. We are repeat customers and can attest to the top notch quality and effectiveness of the products. The Customer Service at Ruffwear was awesome. I scheduled a phone call to help me, then received a phone call from a Ruffwear customer service representative who agreed to hold a vert winter dog coat for me at the store until I arrived on March 17. When I was unable to get there on that date due to weather, they held the coat after I emailed them. When I arrived two days later, the representative in the store told me that I could bring the coat back if it didn’t fit my dog. It fit. We love it. I highly recommend Ruffwear – that’s the third item we bought from them.

The woman who assisted me was AMAZING! I explained what I was looking for and my dogs needs and the first item she showed me was perfect. She assisted me with adjusting the straps and gave me great advice.

Visited twice in one day! Needed some snow boots for our new pup and later in the day his cheapo leash broke so we circled back to get a few different styles of leashes. The staff were extremely helpful! Very friendly and so good with our dog Rodeo. Extremely knowledgeable and I know my wife and I look forward to any excuse to be back aka when the warm weather hits and Rodeo needs some summer gear : )
