I have enjoyed going here for my prescriptions as they ended up helping me out big time when a pharmacy in town messed up my prescription last year but this last time I attempted to get my insurance card added onto my account and the lady at the front desk must of been newer as I didn’t recognize her from any of my previous trips and she was so rude to me in telling me that I didn’t have any active insurance from my card? When I called and confirmed in the store that I did she still told me that she couldn’t find my insurance group when it’s a very standard insurance company and it’s on my card? I ended up having to pay out right for my prescription and she still felt like she had to tell me that my insurance provider must have been wrong and that it couldn’t be on there end but I called and had the lady confirm over the phone my entire insurance coverage was active and that I had a valid insurance number with my employers insurance group so I don’t understand and feel less inclined to ever return here since she made me feel so awful to entire transaction.

An amazing staff that takes great care of all your prescription needs. Been using them for close to 5 years now, and there has never once been an issue picking up any medication sent over by my doctors. You absolutely get the feeling that you're welcome here and it's so nice knowing I can walk in, they see me, know who I am already and greet me every time. It's such an incredible hometown pharmacy and I cannot say enough positive things about this place. If you're looking for a really nice reliable hometown pharmacy, RX Shoppe is definitely that place! Give them a try and you'll see just what I mean!

I live in NW Arkansas and had a pharmacy problem that none of the pharmacies here wanted to handle. So, I got on the internet and found RX Shoppe. I called and asked if they could help someone from out of state and the young lady said she would look into it and call me back. I figured they could not and moved on. A day later I got a call and she they would help me but I would have to wait my turn as several other people requested the same service. I asked if someone dropped out would she call me, again thinking that would not happen. The next day she called me and said come on over - they had a cancellation. Anyway, when I got there the staff was friendly and they had me in and out within 20 minutes. If I lived in the Grove area I would not hesitate to call on these folks to assist me with my medication needs. They were professional yet empathetic. They knew what I needed and sensed my anxiety about being there. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever used. Their service is second to none. I will never use anybody else. Theresa and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and they minimize the wait.
