Drove from NC (10.5 hrs) to pick up equipment to start a small business. The drive was worth it! When I got there after riding over 2 hours everything was not ready and I had pre ordered the day before and was told it would be ready when I arrived. Had to wait while everything was gathered up. After leaving the tailgate fell off the trailer and had to turn around and go back. They swapped the trailer for a new one so after strapping the gate closed to make sure I left the second time.
After using the mower I noticed there was oil leaking under the mower. After talking with the maintenance manager I told him what I had found. The oil tank was over filled and the over flow tube was pushed into the oil causing it to pull out oil when running.
After that I have had no issues with it. I felt the prices were very reasonable. Just not completely satisfied with the quality and design of the trailer tailgate and latching devices.

I stopped in at Safford Equipment and Trading Company. I had done business with then before. I bought my dad a zero turn mower 2 years ago and today, I bought myself one.
The staff was soo very, professional, knowledgeable, patient and above all, very kind.
I had the pleases of speaking with several staff and, was treated like family!
This is 1 place that cares about you and, what you're buying!
I won't buy from anyone else but them so please, check them out! Why buy a zero turn that's local and pay $3,000 more for the same mower when, you can make a drive to Safford and, all you're out is, a tank of gas at best?
Before you buy, please give them a chance, such awesome people to work with. ?

I can’t be even more pleased with the process, the customer service, and the equipment I ordered. My wife and I are moving into our new home with 5 acres and this was the one stop shop for everything I needed to get started with. With living here in central Florida I was a little skeptic at first but I did my research and it was legit. I saw how many people had the same thoughts I did. I bought Husqurna all wheel drive automover from this company, I contacted trough e mail with questions before buying , they respond with in few hours, they have what I wanted, Mr. Paul even give me his cell phone number for any questions, he texted back to when I have questions once my mover arrives during installation. I don’t think any dealer would help this much, I even used their website in the past for smaller items purchases, very user friendly website. I highly recommend this dealer.
