This review is not about this location specifically. I placed an online order Feb 25th and ordered a $90 Dolce and Gabbana palette. It was the last one they had. When I received the item, it was damaged. So I took pics and sent them to customer service. They received the item on March 5th and I have yet to receive my refund. They refunded the shipping cost within a couple of days but I have not received the $90 for the palette. I called and they are giving me the runaround about my refund. So I contacted PayPal and see if there is something they can do. I have NEVER had this experience with ANY company. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SAKS AGAIN!!!! This is horrible customer service!! It’s not like I didn’t want the palette. In fact, I wanted it so badly that I went to the Dolce and Gabbana website and ordered from them directly. It’s not my fault the item arrived damaged. I just want my money back!!!!!

The Saks Off 5TH is a really large outlet store. They have a very wide variety of merchandise for women and for men. The areas are laid out well so that finding what you want is easy. Check out is convenient and straightforward. We did not find anything we needed on this visit but we would return in the future.

Very poor customer service. I payed for my order, and was on my way out when I saw a gift set next to the door, I stopped to look at the price, because I thought that I might come again tomorrow. The manager was kicking me out saying “get out of the store” when there were still people in the store in a line next to the cashier desk. Will not come back.

I bought very expensive silk La Perla pajama from Saks , they send me wrong size ( top l size and bottom xs ), bad quality , I know difference because my another La Perla silk pajama I ordered from La Perla site from Italy , huge difference! And when I send back this product ( same day as I got it ) they charge me for return! It’s a scam ! Don’t buy from Saks ! Used to be premium brand, no anymore

Very, very clean, organized racks and very good pricing for the designer brands you were looking at. They had a lot to choose from in their inventory and it was a pleasure shopping there.

I could NOT find any cool mens jeans until i came here. I went to Express, Lucky, and others, but Saks is where it's at for mens jeans, huge variety and only $40 each! I bought 2 pairs and was very happy!

They are a good apparel store, good clothes with better prices than regular mall stores. They have lots of options and good sale prices. I've gotten several outfits here that are very nice.

I have been aloyal customer to Saks for a long time, bought something almost every week from either Saks or Saks off,,
They just ripped me off,, and do not even try to console a very good customer,,.
Speaking as a shopper as I love clothes, Neiman or Berdorf, has so much better deals than Saks,, I feel like a fool for being loyal to them all the years.
Ladies, Plenty of very nice stores to shop.

Stay away from stores like Saks fifth ave who does not care about their customer,,

At their prices,, we expect good service,,
At Saks fifth Ave you will not get good service and they have no respect for their customers,,

I know it just happen to me,
