The manager Cristina at this store 1848 at 2:54pm . I pay my account of $30 with $50 and she never gets my change. She was very rude and even left the store yelling at me. just because I asked for my change that she decided to charge me when the amount she charged me does not appear in my account it is not fair that after taking my money I still have to tolerate the manager Cristina coming out of the store yelling at me and being so rude to me when I am a loyal customer of this store. I just want my change that is sad to me

What the hell happened to the store. They must have changed owners.
There used to be 2 employees that knew about beauty supplies. The employees now are clueless about EVERYTHING. They also used to have different pricing structures, now it's only the expensive items.
They need to get someone in there that's able to help customers.

I’ve been a customer of this location for years! Coming in on a weekly basis. Had an issue with being able to return and item that I purchased 48 hours ago in addition to the reduction in all professional discounts. You need a new store manager with better social skills. And they have no staff so you’ll be waiting in line no matter what time it is. I’ve tried being nice and it doesn’t work. I’ve made several complaints and now I’m writing this review. Save yourself and go to a store with better adequate service.

I had enjoyed buying the products. The only issue was the rude Caucasian lady with multicolored hair and a Cane. She was incredibly rude and had an attitude problem. Everyone else was super nice and helpful. Honestly this lady ruined my day and wasn’t helpful at all. Every time I asked about the products, she had shrugged me off as if my questions weren’t important. I have honestly never felt so dehumanized. The other staff helped me yet this one lady had ruined my shopping experience.

I went to Sally's today 08-05-18, I was looking for Purple shampoo... it's my first time try the product so I had some questions to ask but this sales associate very inpatient even give a little attitude... after I check out just hang my recipe to me without saying thank you but when I took my recipe I said thank you to her and she has no response at all... I only visited Sally in Pinole CA a few times my pass experience were good except this time,whoever is this store manager need to really make your employees there how to be nice! hoping can find out her name who are rude to the customer
