I had an appointment here for my F150 tires installation with new tires. Not very fast, from one hour to one and a half hours for mounting the new tires, but everything is fine. They check something else for my truck, too. Happy with the new tires, they are ready for the winter in Nebraska. They are Cooper Discoverer Rugged Trek 275/55R20 117T (they are 3 peaks mountain mark). I bought 4 new tires, including the installation package. They are cheaper than some other tire retailers & you can count on they quality and services from Walmart.

Pat the manager in Automotive Department went above and beyond for me as a customer He was already working on a full schedule and short staff. I had purchased two tires that he was not asleep to install unta 3 -4 days later due to short staff and full appointments on book. He was very busy but very business like in the process. I decided to sit down and with hrs to get my two tires despite how busy the store was
Fast forward he was able to get to me. Plus this was his weekend off so he came in and worked on his weekend off. I hope Sam’s in Hoover will appreciate a good worker

Fantastic pharmacy takes a well deserved break from 1:30-2:00 every day. This store is much improved over the last few years. The vendors are not as aggressive and the aisles are more clear. it is still a very busy store. while I was waiting in line for one of the checkout registers to become available I decided to use the app and scan with my phone. I don't know what took me so long to decide to do this but, man, scan with your phone and go it is great! 2024!

This is speaking only for the curbside pick up..the women who "loaded" our car was busier with her private phone call then to actual load our items into our car. We ended up loading the items ourselves. We tried to get her to answer questions we had for our pick up. And she again was on the phone and didn't answer us.. there should be some kind of rules against cell phone use while working. Or at least respond and do your job.

Normal Sams experience. Selection varies from week to week. Employees friendly and helpful. We order from here as well for pickup and delivery and love that. Good pizza and hotdogs. Tons of electronics.

If you have to be your own cashier and misring two products that were in the same pile of produce the door person should be able to take care of it at the door. I’m not a trained cashier.

The bathroom was also disgusting. Not enough cashiers or staff. Why am I paying to shop here and be treated like thief?

They must have gotten new management because the store is like a whole new store. I feel like I can actually shop here again.
