Louis was amazing! Team was great worked and with me and my wife. They asked about or needs before even showing us the lot. They gave us a lot of informational based sales. They didn’t just try to sell us a car, they gave us all the information we needed to know. It felt like I was talking to human beings with a soul, who understood that even though I had money to spend I needed to be smart with it. I forget the other persons name, he is in the financing department, but we hand a great conversation about literature and other things after business was concluded….. My wife and I are super happy with them for time being and moving forward hope all stays the same

My wife and I had a very positive experience at Santa Barbara Honda, replacing her car that was totaled in a crash on the freeway. After a lot of research, we ended up choosing a CRV Hybrid. Our sales rep, Anthony Wilcox, was very helpful and patient in sharing the features of the vehicle. He also went above and beyond to locate and obtain the hard-to-find interior configuration she wanted, going as far as driving to another dealer in Long Beach to pick it up. The price was competitive, and we were glad we could keep the sale local. We would highly recommend Anthony if you are interested in the Honda brand.

Great experience getting a truck from SB Honda.

From initial phone contact with Regina to consistent updates by email & phone with Hector, leading up to me flying down to finalize the paperwork and pick up the vehicle, everyone was super nice. Hector offered to meet me at the airport - above and beyond service! On that note - the airport is super tiny and makes arriving at it absolutely lovely. As an added bonus the dealership is literally 2 miles from the airport, super convenient if you're coming in from out of town. When I arrived, my future truck was pulled up by the entrance - along with a twin sibling which was evidently getting shipped out of state. Nice!

Hector ran numbers for different options for me - different term, different deposit, as well as helped me figure out if Honda offers some other programs (one-pay option vs monthly, loyalty discounts, security deposits... all the variations). Thanks for your patience, Hector! We figured out what works best for me in the end. Frank in the finance department explained the particulars of the contract clearly, as well as additional optional service plans/security contracts/warranties. I really appreciated that at no point did I feel pushed to get anything I didn't need - the whole team felt like they were on my side, helping me figure out what would serve my needs best - and had no discontent with me declining some of the available additional services.

Overall a really pleasant experience, thanks SB Honda team!

Anthony wilcox my sales associate worked with a lot of effort and great follow up to find the right pre owned vehicle to meet my needs and budget. I really appreciated his keeping me informed of inventory. We worked together over a month. He is professional and very helpful with instruction on how to operate technology the vehicle. I would Highly recommend him.

I won’t lie, the thought of trading in my car and purchasing a new one was pretty anxiety inducing. My partner convinced me to finally go to a dealership after a year of looking just to see what they could do. My anxiety was sky high, but we walked in and met Angel and I felt at ease immediately. He was personable and made everything feel like we were just chatting, no pressure. He mentioned Hector would help us with a test drive (cue anxiety spike) and we met Hector and again I was put at ease and felt like he was truly there to help us both come out with a deal that benefited all. After the test drive we met Thomas and again I felt like we were all on the same page with the same goal which was not how I pictured this going. I pictured the back and forth banter and no deal being made and me leaving sad and disappointed that we had to walk away. But these three gentlemen just felt genuine and truly like they wanted me to get the car I wanted. After we said yes, Andres helped with the paperwork and answered all our questions so that I fully understood what I was signing. Lastly, Frank came over and congratulated us on our purchase and offered us soda and water and paid out of pocket for those which was just shocking. As someone who avoided this process for months on end, had I known this was the crew I would deal with I would have bought my beautiful car months ago. I’ve been trying for a month now to get my car fixed and it’s just excuse after excuse at this dealership.

The first time I showed up they had too many appointments and after showing up on time and waiting 20 minutes in line waiting to be helped, I asked someone who worked there if I should keep waiting and instead of answering my question he told me he could help me sell my car. I left after this interaction and called to reschedule.

I was rescheduled for a week later. I show up on time to my appointment but this time they won’t take my car in because even though they insisted on scheduling it a week out so they could be ready. They did not have the part ready, and I was turned away again.

I was told the part will be here tomorrow and they will call me as soon as it’s here so they can finally fix my car. That was two weeks ago, and sb Honda has still not called me or fixed my car.

In fact, I can’t get ahold of my service rep and all the other reps just keep telling me that my rep will call me back, but Tony does not call back.
