The only complaint that I have is no cream cheese! But that is petty for how wonderful this establishment is. Barista was very friendly and helpful and the coffee was on point. Will recommend and I will be back again and again.

Place is esthetically pleasing & prices are pretty decent. Smoothies are good, but the chai tea is REAL WEAK! Flavored milk vibes coming from that iced chai. However, their food options look really good so I'm excited to be able to try those on my next visit!

I recently visited Santos Coffee despite having seen some mixed reviews online, and I’m really glad I gave it a chance. The coffee was fantastic we ordered a café caramel and a maple latte, both of which were delicious. The staff was kind enough to adjust the sweetness of my drink, which I really appreciated.

The food was a pleasant surprise as well. I’m a big fan of crepes, and I didn’t realize Santos offered them. They turned out to be excellent, and I also tried the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, which was fresh and tasted good with their sauce. Even though the wait times were a little longer than what I’m used to at places like Starbucks, I found out that their food is made to order, which explained the quality and time.

The staff was friendly, and the space was bright and welcoming, with lots of natural light and greenery. Overall, I’d rate my experience a 10/10, and I think this place deserves more attention for the quality they offer. Definitely worth a visit! Also they are locally owned!

1st time customer here, and it was pretty good. I ordered the Cafe Caramel & Ham, Egg & Cheese Croussant. The service was pleasant, and I enjoyed the food more than panera.

This is my wife and my favorite coffee shops in the entire Birmingham metro area. I wish they weren't 20 minutes away, but my bank account is very thankful for the distance. The coffee is amazing. Fantastic place, and the atmosphere is what Starbucks *used* to be.

Grab your book or laptop and get some work done. Play a game of Jenga or sit at the high bar and watch the action. You'll have a great time at Santos Coffee .

They used to make great food here and toasted their bagels. Today they microwaved it and it was soggy and soft. They also did not tell me when my food was ready and it was just sitting on the countertop.

Also the tables were dirty.

What used to make this place great was friendly, attentive service and great food. That has now changed.

I hope they fix the issues! I would love to return.

Not from this town came in to charge and stoped for a coffee
Got the new advertised drink
Ordered a large got a medium
She proceded to “fix it” I thought the whole drink
No her fix was to dumb it all in a large and add more milk
Not what I expected
And the coffee did not loook at all like the picture they were advertising
No separation
No knowledge of pastry
Ended up not buying a pastry.
Seemed like more employees were in the back that had more knowledge then she did
But all they did was stay in the back while a line grew behind me.
I hope you guys train your employees better and set a standard.
