I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your I was extremely disappointed to find that the air pump was broken when I arrived, and despite requesting a refund, I was informed that this was not possible.

I also mentioned that there should have been a sign posted to inform customers of the issue, especially considering the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I felt that my concerns were dismissed. This situation was especially frustrating as it occurred in front of my children.

Given the circumstances, I feel it is only fair to request a refund, as I was unable to use the service I paid for. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau to ensure that other customers do not face similar issues in the future.

Terrible worker today. Sold me a pineapple juice and the lid was cracked. Wouldn't let me exchange it 30 seconds after I bought it. He claimed I must have broke it. I'm sure he has since checked the cameras to see he was wrong. I'll never go back there and you shouldn't either.

Walked here and saw they were still open even though they were soon closing. Was hungry and with my puppy. And walking through looking at the selection of food. The gentleman behind the counter asked "What do I want?" I replied "not sure" and grab a bag of chips feeling rushed in spending money in this location. I told him as such and left. NEVER RUSH A CUSTOMER!!! It doesn't matter the time you close. Youre there to take our money after we've found stuff to our liking.

Always the best price. Be careful to follow traffic rules when leaving. Ive seen police camped out a few times waiting for an illegal turn.

They don't accept RealID, I went in there the other day and they refused me service because I didn't have the older types of ID. I only had a RealID because the dmv is starting to only provide those since they are going to be required in May of 2023. He doesn't stay up to date with information and doesn't even know what RealID's are.

Favorite station ta stop at when going to Santa Rosa from Petaluma (or vice versa) which i do daily so i appreciate that it's usually tha cheapest around (when u pay ?) & its so easily accessible from exiting the freeway: turn right/left, then first or second driveway (depending from which way you are coming)

“Naz” is a terrible cashier and after today I will never purchase anything from this business. Take your business across the street to the 76 Station. I walked into Save On Gas today to buy a few energy drinks and some snacks. “Naz” repeatedly attempted to overcharge me for my drinks and made sexist remarks under his breath the whole time I was trying to pay the correct total
