As a 100% P+T Disabled Veteran on a fixed income, I've been using Scheffe Prescription Shop Downtown for over 20 years for a lot of my local DME, prescription and over the counter needs. I've never had a problem. Then today, after exchanging some Durable Medical Equipment that they provided and service, and after getting a prescription for an antibiotic filled, they told me I wasn't a "Good Enough Customer" to get a diabetic medication, currently unavailable at the base, transferred from the base because I don't get "ALL" of my prescriptions filled at Scheffe's even though they had it in stock. WOW! I get some of my service connected prescriptions filled by the VA and get some from Vance AFB from time to time. Scheffe's truly doesn't appreciate my business. Guess they won't miss filling all the little prescriptions that I have been filling all these years, there are plenty of other pharmacies around. Good Luck and So Long Scheffe...

Always a bad experience coming here from long waits to get medicine to outrageous prices for simple antibiotics. I will never come here again or ask this be my recommended pharmacy. If there was an option for zero stars i would give it.

An Enid staple has been around for decades. They do prescriptions, have otc medicine, drive-through, and ambulatory supplies.

I used Scheffe Prescription Shop a few years ago for my Grandmother. Have used them for several months now and have always received the best of service. All Medicare fills have been done correctly and timely.

I went to the downtown location to pick up my daughter’s prescription. Her doctor in OKC had not called it in yet, even though I was under the impression he had. Jackie at Scheffe’s was so nice. She told me to park out back in one of the numbered parking spaces and she would see what she could do. She called the other Enid Scheffe’s locations to make sure he hadn’t called it in there. Then she called his office and had him send it over right then and there. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had her pain medicine swiftly. I’ve been using Scheffe’s for years, but I will definitely continue to use them. I’ve always been treated courteously there, but Jackie was by far the best and nicest person I have ever encountered there.

Was on a trip, from Texas, stopped for 2 nights and found my CPAP chamber had no seal so could not use. Found Scheffes medical online and called on a Saturday. Deborah is my new best friend. She located a chamber that fit my machine, at a very reasonable price. Tonight I can sleep. Deborah is was customer service should be. Exceptionally helpful, friendly, professional and courteous. Great job Deborah and Thank You, you're incredible. If the rest of the staff is like Deborah you should be proud.

Jeffy's has been an institution in Enid forever. They used to have several stores all over town, but the Walgreens and CVS is of the world have tended to force him to cut back. But they still have this place, and I still go in there whenever I need something. It's neat and clean, the staff is friendly, and they do their prescriptions very well.
