Thanks to Chris, I am very much satisfied with my purchase on some Adidas Yeezy 350 V2 "Tail Light" shoes that I've been looking to get for some time now. Their pricing for a large majority of their products are absolutely competitive with other stores in the shoe game. This store has always been my go to when I need to authenticate a pair of shoes I am not certain on. I recommend this store to anyone that is looking to up their shoe game.

This store is better than great! They have large sizes(13) as well as a large selection ! And Jake and Marc are unbelievably helpful and nice - best customer service I've had in forever! 5- stars!!! Will be back again !!

Messaged these guys on Instagram and they said they were buying sneakers so I Brought in 20 to 30 pairs and as soon as I walk in the guy goes, we don’t keep that much cash in the store. what kind of business is this? That says we are buying, but don’t have cash to pay out your customers. That was my first problem. The second problem was that the kid at the counter who knows nothing about shoes starts to lowball me on all of my sneakers, new and used and it’s not like I brought anything that was not a valid shoe in the sneaker community. These guys know absolutely nothing about buying and selling shoes would not recommend this place to anyone. No customer service skills whatsoever.

So I bought a pair of retro Jordan 4 for $350 and I only wore them twice. The second time I wore them i did a little walking in the Tampa mall where I brought them from. Well I notice my feet were hurting and burning! I own a lot of j’s that I’ve bought from Dick,Nike,Finishline etc and all of my other pair are comfortable! I’m suspicious about the realness of these shoes! I really don’t think they sell real Jordan’s! I’ll never buy anything from them again! As a matter of fact, all this happen yesterday and my feet still burning!

Rad shop. I had found a pair of sb dunk Bart’s right around the corner for about $100 over the going price. Then my lady pointed Secured out and pushed me in. Not only did they have a pair of Bart’s they had a gnarly all around selection. All the prices were right on also nothing stupid over priced. I was waiting on the manager so I could try and haggle a bit. What I didn’t know was my lady was trying to buy them for me without me knowing. So all the staff was in on it. Dude kept me distracted talking sneakers and looking around while she made the purchase.

I’ll def be back and will grab all my sneakers from them.

These guys are awesome. Friendly and not looking to kill you on resale prices. Great selection of shoes. Will definitely be doing business with them.

This store was amazing. From the moment I walked in the store manger greeted us with a smile. The was super attentive and patient with my daughter and the prices were fair. I had been calling around all day looking for a particular show that was completly out of stock, and I happened to stumble into this hidden Gem! I felt bad because David was the only one working the store that day and you can imagine how busy it was due to back to school, but he handled himself with great poise. It said a lot about his character and ownership. There’s such a wide variety to choose from and I Weill defiantly continue shopping with Secure. Thank you David!

Best shoe store in the area. And even if you’re closer to Tampa, the Citrus location is great too. The entire staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I just bought my second pair from them yesterday and it’s safe to say they’re my go to sneaker store.
